Mostly competent Vitamin E supplement
I’ve ordered Vitamin World supplements a couple of times before this and found them to be more or less trustworthy and effective at average prices. This Vitamin E supplement of theirs is about what I’ve come to expect.It makes the usual claims about being produced in a GMP-certified facility with clean ingredients and third-party testing. Those claims carry more weight than they would from a less established brand. Dosage is 1000 IU, which is obviously higher than the more common 400 IU. The softgels are made of gelatin, don’t smell or taste like much, and aren’t overfilled to bursting (which is actually a good thing). They’re large enough to be problematic for those who have trouble swallowing, but that’s nothing new with softgels.About the only complaint I have with the product itself is that the softgels arrived stuck together in an amorphous blob. I carefully removed the blob from the bottle in chunks, separated each softgel, and threw the softgels back into the bottle after giving them the lightest of dustings with a tiny amount of magnesium glycinate powder I had lying around. The softgels still stick together in the bottle over time, but now readily separate when given a good shake.As of the date of review in late August 2026, these are priced at about $14 for 100, which is squarely average value for money. Better deals exist, but mostly from less reputable manufacturers, so consider your options before making your purchasing decision.

Practical Addition To My Morning Supplements
The Vitamin E supplements arrived with the proper tamper evidence and packaging. According to the label it contains exactly the ingredients I was hoping my Vitamin E would contain. A surplus, in other words.These are generously sized pills. A little intimidating to look at. I found them to be reasonably easy to swallowed with a sip of water.Vitamin World is a brand I seek out regularly, and I believe this to be fairly priced given their reputation for quality.

I don’t usually struggle with swallowing vitamins, but these require a solid gulp of water so they don’t feel like they’re sticking halfway down. Once you get past the size, they sit fine in the cabinet and I haven’t had any weird aftertastes or stomach issues.I can’t really quantify antioxidant support or heart health just by existing, but my skin has looked decent lately despite the weird weather. If you don’t mind swallowing something the size of a small pebble, it’s an easy enough habit to stick with.

High strength and good value
These are a very high strength the softgel releases fast into the system. The softgel is a normal size, easy to swallow and had no after taste. As I’m aging I have started taking vitamin E for its heart and immune support. Since taking these I have felt great and find them effective. There are 100 doses in the bottle and I find this a very good value.
