When I first opened this bottle the room reeked of vinegar for a while haha.Writing reviews for supplements and things like gummies is not easy, mainly because the effects / benefits one receives when taking them is often subtle and spread out over time. These are not doctor prescribed medications so they don’t have more obvious / immediate results. You can take a narcotic that a doc gives you or some natural supplement that helps with pain management, but the differences are going to be stark. Supplements are generally a way to avoid taking those sometimes harsher, caustic and potentially habit-forming medications a professional might prescribe – or at least that’s how I view them. But you can’t pop a couple pills of broccoli extract (or whatever) and expect to be wowed by the results. You might even take a supplement or chew a gummy for an entire month and never really see or feel the benefit. It doesn’t mean there’s nothing good going on, it just means the effects are more subtle and subdued. Things that work so well you can quickly see results we aren’t allowed access to, so we have to utilize products like this one, that may or may not actually be doing anything except making our urine a little darker after our body processes it. I’m not saying one way or another if I think this supplement did anything for me, because I honestly don’t know. I take the suggested amount on a daily basis, almost without fail, and I do so with fingers crossed that SOMETHING good is happening as a result.It’s also worth noting that I was not around when this product was made, packaged, etc so I can’t possibly know, or speak about, the quality of it. They can make claims about purity and so on but there’s no way I could possibly know or verify the truth to any of their claims. Believe it if you want, that’s entirely up to you. So what could I possibly put in this review, if that’s my attitude? Well I can say things like how easy they are to swallow, or do a price breakdown but that’s pretty much it. So here goes:These are very easy to swallow, and since I do so with water already in my mouth I cannot speak to how they might taste.As for price and value go, the breakdown is something like this: each bottle contains 200 tablets and the suggested daily dose is a single pill, so you’re getting enough for nearly 7 months for only $20. That’s an amazing deal in my opinion.

Good for multiple things, decent price

I wasn’t disappointed. The pills are uniform and easy to swallow. You will still be able to taste the apple cider vinegar to some degree, but it’s a lot easier to take than if you were to drink a liquid supplement. Now as far as whether or not it works, it seems to. It’s definitely something that I would recommend if you were having issues with blood sugar or gut health. My boyfriend has both, so this really is good for him. I would of course recommend talking to your provider before adding in any supplements, just to make sure that you are using the best one for your needs and to ensure that it won’t interact with any of your other medications or supplements, if you are taking any.Cost-wise, this is decent. It’s one of the cheaper options out there and they’re of good quality. I offhand only saw a few that were cheaper. One was from a good brand, but had a smaller dose. The others weren’t from companies with name recognition, so there’s a chance you may not get as good of quality. In my opinion, sometimes it’s worth paying a little extra to ensure quality.

Travel companion

You can smell the apple cider vinegar. I appreciate achieving the benefits of ACV without any impact on my tooth enamel plus the mobility of the tablet form lends to ease of use. The tablets are a great way to stay consistent when traveling. A draw back of the tablets is exposure to humidity. I feel the dose of 600mg is appropriate to be effective. The serving size of the Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules, which I also use, is 3 capsules to achieve just over 1800 mg. Key to note the Vitamin World version is less expensive. Overall, these are a great option for anyone who wants the convenience of apple cider vinegar in an easy-to-use tablet form. They fit conveniently into my daily routine, and I would recommend them to anyone who prefers supplements without the strong impact of vinegar on teeth and throat.

Don’t chew them

I live the taste of ACV! But doing shots of it obviously burn my throat and stomach. My dentist also frowned upon it!! With that said, for this review, I decided to chew one of these tablets up to try. Dear Amazon friends, don’t do this! Take it how it is intended!! It is in fact concentrated vinegar! The 600 mg tablets have been a much more practical option.
