So I received the vitamin energy immune plus extra strength today and I was feeling kind of sluggish today so I thought how perfect let me take one I am at about I think 5 hours and I’m still feeling pretty good I’m feeling like I have some good energy left from it.I have to say I’m not getting any shades there is no sugar in it there’s none of the bad stuff that all the other ones seem to have this is just pure vitamins it’s keto friendly and it doesn’t have a bad taste it’s like an orange flavor. It says extra strength so I guess that means it energizes you for up to 7 plus hours not sure what that means I know everybody processes things differently, it seems to work really well on me.I’m not sure really how much to say on this it’s great it gives you the energy you need it doesn’t have the bad stuff I think that’s pretty much it and I’m not and I know I’m starting to come down on the energy so I’m not feeling like that sugar high where you get all sorts of up and then all of a sudden the sugar drops you so no there’s no sugar crash feeling I’m not shaky or anything like that like some of that other stuff does.Yeah so I hope you enjoyed this review if you need a little bit of energy I think you could go ahead and be safe with taking one of these. As always I would say definitely consult your doctor before taking something like this cuz it might not be very good for you.

Effective energy boost when you need it.
I got these to use as needed during the work day or at home on the weekends when I need an extra boost of energy. Honestly, I was a tad skeptical because sometimes these types of energy shots make me a little hyper and jittery. So, I took one yesterday around noon because I could feel my energy levels dropping (it may also be due to the recent fall time change here in the U.S.). A short while later (maybe 30-45 minutes) I felt it kick in. I was alert and energized to get some things done around the house. I felt great and ready to work for several hours. I was totally fine by bed time and didn’t have any side effects of any kind. I don’t take them often, but they are nice to have around and I will take a few to work to use as needed there, too. The taste was fine, and I am glad that it doesn’t have any sugar in it. Overall, I’d recommend this product if you’re looking for a good energy boost that functions as advertised.

I’ve enjoyed other drinks from this brand, so I decided to try these for that classic afternoon slump. I’ve had a couple now, and I notice a clear difference. I get a small energy boost, but the biggest benefit for me is the mental clarity it gives me for the rest of the workday. I struggle with attention issues, and these really seem to help me stay on task, which makes me quite happy.The Army Orange flavor is surprisingly good. It has a crisp taste and isn’t too sweet like many other energy shots, although there is a slight aftertaste. It’s nothing major and fades away in a few seconds. These energy shots pack quite a bit of punch! 260mg of caffeine isn’t an earth-shattering amount by any stretch, more or less two cups of coffee depending on how you take it, but it’s certainly enough to wake you up in the morning. The addition of the B vitamins is probably helpful for hangover recovery. I have no idea about the other minerals and stuff, they must be what make you look ripped after consuming the drink. Every one of these energy shots taste awful regardless of what flavor they are, but you aren’t drinking them for the taste, and you should be slamming them rather than sipping them. Anyway this one is pretty strongly orange flavored and bitter, but it doesn’t make me gag which is an improvement over some I’d tried. Sugar free, or no added sugar anyway, perhaps there’s some in some of the ingredients, but it’s sweetened with sucralose. I know sucralose gives some folks gastrodistress so keep that in mind. If you need something to help you finish your sets or keep you from falling asleep during an interminable zoom meeting these are pretty good. An okay value.

Tastes gross, but definitely keeps me awake
Let me just get this out of the way first. These things are not tasty. They taste like chemicals, just like every energy shot does to me. I am a supertaster, so that might be part of it. I guess they are fairly smooth, but I chug them as quickly as I can, just to make them go away. I then drink something else to wash the taste out of my mouth.One note is that I do not get jittery with any amount of caffeine. I can quite literally drink two liters of cold brew and I’ll be perfectly fine. So, I’m probably the worst person to ask about whether or not this will make you jittery. One thing I can tell you is that it definitely keeps me awake and aware, despite the fact that I’m not very caffeine reactive. For comparison, I can drink a can of Mountain Dew and then just go right to sleep. So, this is quite effective. Sometimes, it might be a little too effective. It lasts quite a few hours.Speaking of Mountain Dew, this certainly has more nutritional content than that kind of thing does. I wouldn’t call this a health drink, but at least it has some vitamins and such in it.How’s the value for money? Ehhhh, I mean, it’s a better deal than buying them individually at a gas station, I guess. If you know you’re going to need these, I’d definitely buy a pack of them.
