First off, these things are yummy!! I’ve added them to my morning vitamins. I like how they combined a number of vitamins I was taking, so I didn’t have to take so many. (I get regular bloodwork, so I know which vitamins I need to take.) I’m all about reducing the number of pills and seriously, they taste SO good. The only downside is they are so clumped and stuck together in the bottle, it takes a bit of work to get them out.

They look like little berries and are easy to chew and swallow. d) The serving size is 2 gummies, I started off with 1 a day before my workouts. I stayed with one daily as I do get an effective boost of energy and effective energy. e) A tiny bit of sour tummy on first couple doses, but then just followed them up with a big glass of water and no issues. After opening and closing the bottle daily for over a month, they are still not sticking together!

The product description page does a good job of laying out the synergy of the ingredients and the their benefits.. Energy and focus during the day, mood relaxation and sleep support in the evening, and immune support round-the-clock. I tried taking them in the evening, then tried taking them in the morning. Finally I settled on one gummy in the morning and one in the evening, and I am feeling better all day long. The gummies are delicious with tangy sweet taste and a soft chewy texture. There’s nothing artificial on the short list of ingredients so I can take it with peace of mind. This has been a helpful supplement for improving the quality of my busy life.
