Very happy with this bottle of Vitamin B12 Sublingual 2500mcg -Methylcobalamin with Folate.I’ve dealt with off and on low blood levels of B12 for the last 5 years (at least) and my current doctor has not been keen on doing big dose injections to catch me up like my previous doctor did before working on stabilization. I have not felt any any improvements at the amount he asked me to take and this one is demonstrably higher. I know he won’t mind – he always reminds me the key thing is that is Methylated. I like that this includes Folate as well, a lot of people with low B12 also have low Folate, and you won’t fix the former without also fixing the latter.The thing I like best about this brand so far is that it actually dissolves quickly. My last two “quick dissolve” brands, including the one my dr recommended didn’t dissolve at all and I had to chew them. The quick dissolve allows for quicker bioavailability. The taste is pleasant, not strong of anything. This 120-count bottle amounts to a four month supply, so $20.99 is a really good value. That breaks down to $5.25 a month. You won’t find a better deal.The product is made in China by an American owned company if that matters to you. I’ve seen some comments that indicate it does.
