   An easy way to get your B12

   This is my first time trying a product like this. I have taken (and currently do take) several different supplements and vitamins over the years. I try to find gummy forms if possible, but also take tablets if necessary. I have never tried a spray. One big plus side to this format is the absolute ease of application. I find it hard to remember to take pills because I tend to put it off due to the unpleasantness of swallowing tablets or capsules. Gummies are easier but there’s still the barrier of getting the bottle out of the cabinet, opening the childsafe lid, and then fishing out two gummies and chewing them up (I realize this sounds like a major ‘first world problem’ but having ADHD makes it hard for me to complete tasks and stay on task). The spray form is ridiculously easy. Just grab the bottle, pop the cap off, and spritz twice into your mouth. Done.The taste of this supplement is pleasant and not overly strong. It doesn’t leave any sort of aftertaste. The directions for application are straightforward. I am a bit surprised at the concentration of B12 in this product. 1500mcg is a bit excessive and seems unnecessary for the average adult. Everything I have found suggests that there is no such thing as B12 toxicity, however, so it doesn’t seem to be dangerous. It’s still something that should probably be discussed with one’s doctor, because ultimately they know better than any google scholar ever could

   Great product, seller VERY helpful

   I really like this brand- safe ingredients, organic, vegan, reasonably priced, AND it’s in a glass bottle. But…. the tamper-proof seal was detached and the contents leaked inside the box! I threw the return sticker away so, I cannot return it! Disappointed, but I reordered hoping the next bottle is better. I’ll be sure to keep the sticker next time.Update: The company reached out to me and was truly helpful. They REALLY DO CARE!!!😊

   Sprayed my energy back

   I bought this after my afternoon energy crashes became a daily ritual that required more coffee than my stomach could handle. The sublingual spray format is genuinely fast; I spray it under my tongue and feel more alert within twenty minutes, whether that’s placebo or actual absorption I can’t say and don’t care. The methylcobalamin form is supposed to be more bioavailable; again, I trust the internet and my slightly improved energy levels. The organic and vegan labels are nice if that’s your thing, though I mostly care that it works without swallowing anything.The 1oz bottle is compact enough for my desk drawer and gym bag; I keep one in each so I’m never without. For women, men, and kids, the dosage is adjustable; I do two sprays, my husband does three, my daughter gets one mixed into her juice. The taste is faintly sweet and not unpleasant; I’ve had worse supplements that tasted like cough syrup. After a month, my afternoon slumps are less severe; not gone, but manageable without a third coffee. The value for money is reasonable for a liquid format that acts fast. My only note is that the spray nozzle can get slightly clogged; I rinse it under hot water weekly. For energy support without jitters or pills, the speed and convenience make this a desk staple.

   Red spots on packaging…Red spots on packaging…

   Mine came discolored, too on the outside box. I compared it too the photo on Amazon so I knew it was a manufacturing flaw? I realized this too late as I’m past the window for a refund. Anyway, I hope the company sees this so they can have tighter quality controls and improve themselves. I think if they can correct this haphazard packaging they will do quite well:)
