    I originally bought these because mosquitoes and tiny gnats seem to think I’m their favorite meal. I had read that Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1) might help make you less attractive to biting insects, so I figured it was worth a try.I’ve been taking it consistently, and so far, so good! I spend time outside in southern Arizona with my dogs, where mosquitoes and gnats can definitely be a nuisance. Since starting these, I’ve noticed I’m getting far fewer bites than I normally would.Of course, everyone’s experience may be different, and I can’t say it’s 100% because of this supplement, but the timing has been convincing enough that I’ll continue taking it. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. There is no taste or aftertaste, and after running out for a few days, I realized they actually helped with my mood, so I quickly replenished.If you’re someone who always seems to be the first person insects target, this may be worth trying. It’s been a pleasant surprise for me.

    Benfotiamine is one of those supplements that you can feel it working if you have a need for it. I was having neuropathy symptoms on a regular basis both when awake and sleeping.     Must Buy For Burning Feet

    I’ve been struggling with burning feet for several months. I went to several specialists and had neurology tests with nothing as a result. Rheumatologist shooed me away.
