    This is a great price for 3 months

    I needed a vitamin b complex to help give me energy during the day and make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need. This B complex fits the bill with all the B vitamins in one capsule. I appreciate that I only have to take one per day and get all the benefits of many supplements. I need added B for many reasons (we all do) and I have definitely noticed these capsules being a help to my eczema, my hair and nails, my energy and my brain fog. This is a great price for 3 months!

    How much would you pay for better health and more energy?

    There are many B-complex brands on the market. Some are deceptive because they DO NOT have the amount required by our body. If you have a diet deficient in B vitamins and you will make the effort to take a pill on a daily basis, at least be sure to investigate the proportions of B1 to B12 you need and compare it with the label of the brands that interest you. That way you will know that this brand has a powerful combination that will show results in a matter of weeks.I have only one month taking Vitamin B Complex and I feel an increase in my energy. So I’ll keep taking it until I finish my batch of 90 capsules and then I’ll update this note.

    Glad to find a pure B complex. Take these daily, and sometimes a 2nd time when day is tough or when a bug is circulating around our social circles.

    I had put these aside because when I opened them, they weren’t the bright yellow as usual and the “usual” sign they are working (bright yellow urine) wasn’t present when I used them.So, I ordered a different bottle and kept on. When I ran out, I decided to finish these off.I still wasn’t sure if they were working, until I accidently mixed them up with another pale yellow supplement, and started taking them at night. Whoops!The first night was fine, the second night I woke up in the middle of the night but was able to get back to sleep. The third night I woke up and was awake for hours. The 4th night, I simply didn’t sleep at all.I thought it was my usual occasional insomnia, but I went back and looked harder at my pills that night and couldn’t recognize that pale yellow capsule. I opened all my bottles and realized what I had done. I slept very well that night!So, regardless of the color, it works very well, giving a great boost of energy that lasts through the day.
