These gummies have a very unique texture where they are soft, but break down in a “crunchy” manner similar to a pickle when chewed. They do not stick to my teeth or require too much effort to munch. In terms of taste, they are very much perfect.They don’t just have vitamin D, but also vitamins B6, B12, and B9 (in the form of folate). They basically have the more useful half of a decent vitamin B complex along with the included vitamin D, and offer a decent amount of nutritional support.Overall these gummies are among some of the easiest to chew gummies that I have ever tried, and have a great taste to match. Their formulation is decent as well, containing not just vitamin D and B12, but also a decent number of other B vitamins. At their current selling price they are a decent value for the money, especially considering they are made in the US. These vitamin D and B-12 gummies are pretty tasty! They’re easy to chew and my daughter really likes them. I don’t take them myself, because I need more vitamin D and this product combines vitamin D with B vitamins. Two gummies contains 25 (mcg) micrograms of vitamin D which is1000 IU and I need to take 2000 IU daily. if I took four of these gummies, then I would be taking in too much vitamin B’s so I have to use a different product, unfortunately–these are yummy!
