I I ordered two bottles of TMG and I’ve been taking it for a while I had my blood work done a week ago and the doctor told me my blood work was the best he’d ever seen my average level of homocysteine from pass blood works it was running into twenties and it’s down to nine low levels means less inflammation and less contraction of your veins causing high blood pressure my blood pressure is also been a lot better.. there’s no bad smell or taste they’re big pills just have a good drink of water I usually take them with my morning and nighttime meds twice a day it’s a good size bottle and the value is terrific it out performed my expectations and they’re pretty easy to swallow,, performance with ease of swallowing is a plus in my book

Unlike other reviews I have read, I have not had any issues with the pills being sharp and hard to swallow. There are a few pills in the bottle that have small layers that have broken off, but overall not a big deal. They do have a slightly sweet taste when in your mouth before swallowing. It’s too soon to know whether or not it’s improving my homocysteine levels yet, but I will update after taking them for awhile and having future blood work done. The price is great and the one day shipping was amazing!

I’ll never buy this brand again.
The surface of this big tablet is like sandpaper! Extremely hard to swallow. Product may be effective, but it needs a coating. And because this product is so shoddy, I can’t trust any products of this brand.
