Tons of b12 and a large supply of pills.
Seems like way too much b12, you will urinate out most of it, and you will notice the bright yellow color change. Decent amount of tablets, easy to swallow, but overkill on the 12. I prefer a lower dose B-complex supplement with all of the B vitamins present. This might be helpful if you do not eat meat, or are anemic.

HORRIBLE FAKE BITTER-SWEET TASTE
the most HORRIBLE FAKE SWEET TASTE i’ve ever had in my mouth and it says NO SUGAR-i’d rather have REAL SUGAR that whatever is in this and i cut it in 1/2-did not give me any extra energy like most sublingual b-12 does but it did make me feel sick.
