    Excellent vitamin B12 under the tongue is the only way to avoid the acids in the stomach.I take this before bed. Gives energy and addresses my vitaminB12 deficiency which has caused nerve damage in my body over the years. I’m getting better now. Hardly any pain. Takes a few months to feel better
