High potency probiotic capsules
This is a single strain probiotic supplement. It is easy to use and the dosage is one capsule per day. I did not notice any side effects of the supplement. It appears to be effective but it’s really hard to see a difference without taking these for a long period of time.I’m not certain if this is dairy free or vegan friendly? It is egg, wheat, and yeast-free. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

Vitamatic has historically been a good go-to manufacturer for a variety of supplements — and notably, they seem to offer several ‘single-strain’ probiotics.Not all probiotic strains are useful for all conditions, so it can often be a bit of a ‘jungle’ to determine which strain of probiotic may be most appropriate for a particular condition.While it is always highly recommended that anyone check with their personal physician before beginning to take a new supplement- honestly, when it comes to probiotics and the individual strains, it seems a person might need to see a ‘functional doctor or naturopath,’ as it often seems that information about individual probiotic strains is not something the typical Western medicine doctor has received the most education about. While some have done their own research, which is terrific if you are fortunate to have a doctor with knowledge of individual probiotic strains.From everything I am aware of about this particular strain, – (Lactobacillus reuteri is a probiotic bacterium often commonly used to support digestive health, reduce infant crying from colic, and combat harmful gut and oral microbes.From experience, it has been a good idea to start any probiotic slowly and see how the body reacts. Different people’s experiences may vary.But in general, this is a really good company, based on any product I’ve ever received from them.

Good and Recommended Prebiotic supplement
These Vitamatic Lactobacillus Reuteri 50 Billion CFU with XOS Prebiotic comes in elongated capsules. It comes in a 60 capsules bottle and will last for 60 days supply if taken once a day. The capsule makes easier to swallow because of its smooth texture and does not have any after taste. It does not have any side effects in my tummy even while taking it consistently. The Vitamatic company has its own store in Amazon therefor you can see and verify that it is a legitimate health store. The effectiveness is measured on how good it is in the gut. It does not upset my gut even after several days. Its delayed release feature is a plus because the stomach can process the Prebiotics strain gradually. It comes with 60 capsules in a bottle which is a great value for its price,

It’s well‑studied, widely used, and fits the role I wanted: something that supports overall digestive comfort and helps maintain a balanced environment in the GI tract.This particular formula delivers a hefty 50 Billion CFUs, which is a strong dose for a single strain. The capsule design is delayed‑release, so the bacteria aren’t exposed to stomach acid right away, and the inclusion of XOS prebiotic gives the strain a selective fuel source once it reaches the lower GI tract. The clean profile (non‑GMO, gluten‑free) and the fact that it’s made in the USA make it easy to work into a daily routine. This is another great single strain probiotic from some folks that I’ve learned to trust. L. reuteri is great for helping to re-establish a balanced flora, as it helps discourage the bad bacteria, through it’s production of lactic acid. It also helps fight inflammation, and strengthens the gut wall. Heck, it can even fight off H. pylori infection of the intestine. In short, good stuff.Having just completed a course of antibiotics, I included it as one of several species that I have started taking. I’ve been very happy with the results. Insides have settled back down – and fast too. It’s helped with some bloating issues too.Great value here too. You get two months worth for what, like 20 bucks? Not too shabby.A few things that I particularly like about this formulation are: 1. That you get a staggering 50 billion cfu’s. Most other probiotics give you somewhere in the 1-10 billion range. 2. Delayed release, so it can actually survive the stomach. 3. XOS as a prebiotic. Prebiotics are all the rage to help feed the probiotics and foster the right environment. But, most companies use inulin or FOS, both of which my insides just don’t tolerate at all. So, I’m thrilled to find these single strain probiotics that are free of things that mess me up.Definitely recommended.
