These seem to be fine and the price was competitive. They have the same amounts as most multi B. I will say that i’m fairly confident that the methylated form is aiding in more absorption. When I take regular b vitamins, my p*** is usually neon yellow, so I would only assume that I am just passing a lot of what i’m taking, but that is not the case here. I do see a little extra color but it is faint and brief, so im confident the methylated form is doing its job.

Appreciate the Methylated formula is Non-gmo, made in USA & easy to swallow
High quality with Methylated B complex Vitamin making it more bioavailable. It has 240 capsules with a serving size of 2 capsules with 120 day supply. It does have that mild B-complex smell (not as strong as others I’ve taken), but strong enough that I keep it out of my travel vitamin container. I think they are easy to swallow and do not leave an after taste.I like that it’s made in the USA. I’ve been taking the formula for several weeks and think I feel the difference. I think the 2000 mcg Biotin has impacted the white parts of my nails. I appreciate the formula is Non-GMO & free from artificial colors, artificial flavors & preservatives. It does have Microcystaline Celluose. Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin capsule added for those that track ingredients. My bottle has an Expiration of Dec 2028 so it gives me pretty good confidence it’s fresh. Overall, I’m very happy with this supplement and see myself ordering

This Vitamatic Methylated B-Complex Vitamins is marked as “Made in USA”, which I’m very happy about.I’ve previously taken other high-potency B-Complex vitamins which consistently made me (personally) feel extremely over-stimulated and sometimes even felt my heart racing along with my nervous system at 11 out of 10: this product hasn’t done that, which I also consider to be a positive.The suggested use is two capsules, so a container of 240 capsules would last 120 days. I’ll say more about that later, but I believe a buyer should know how many days are provided by the capsule/tablet count if they follow the suggested use. The capsules are large in size but not excessively large for me and have a mild odor of a typical B-complex vitamin. I effectively find them neutral on taste from them so long as I swallow them quickly, and I use them with food because past experience tells me B complex can upset my stomach if taken alone.The dosage with this B-Complex is pretty HIGH. I’m not a bio-hacker but I’ve been trying to learn what I can learn in order to benefit from supplements as much as possible. This formula looks to me like it’s not a casual-maintenance formula but instead is ‘seriously’ high in several ways.Now for the critiques.High B6 dosage: it’s apparently “accepted” that excessive Vitamin B6, especially from supplements, can *cause* peripheral neuropathy. Apparently the NIH accepts this as true. European standards accept this, and Autrali’s TGA also does. So the US has an upper maximum of 100 mg per day at this time, while the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) flags usage as a risk when over 12 mg / day and Australia warns when use is over 10 mg / day. The NIH even discusses the fact that EFSA has set a more conservative limit than the US currently has. And according to the label, THIS product supplies 20 mg/day when you’re taking two capsules per day.High Biotin: this is high and there’s some concern that the level of Biotin could mess up lab tests (“bloodwork”) as an issue. You’d probably want to make sure that an MD knows you’re getting this supplementation and for all I know they might ask you to pause it before doing bloodwork.High folate: so a little reading came up with the primary concern that high levels of folate could mask issues with not getting enough B12 and could throw off interpretation of lab results.Other sources of supplementation: things like energy drinks can push B vitamins even higher, so I’d guess a person would want or need to be well aware of B coming from other sources in addition to this supplement!For me, personally, I do want to intentionally supplement with high B12 for specific reasons, but I would like to avoid excessive B6 so I would probably only use ONE capsule per day so I would be at 10 mg/day of B6 instead of the 20 mg from the “suggested” two capsules. (I can always add B12 separately to achieve my target B12 supplementation.)Finally, there is NO indication on the label of third-party lab tests. I do like that the product is made in USA, but it would be great — in addition to being made in the USA — if this product got some third-party verification like USP. I’d feel more comfortable if there was a third-party verification group involved.

Overall good B complex supplements
I suddenly became anemic from a health issue and I was glad to have these multivitamins on hand. There is a 4 month supply which is a good value. I can take these easily without any unpleasant taste or discomfort. It was recommended by my physician to have supplements with B complex vitamins. These fit the bill. I appreciate that the formula has other vitamins like C as well. I feel like I have better sustained energy with this formula. One thing that I noticed was that I seem to be excreting extra vitamins via urine so I decreased my dosage to one capsule and all seems well. Overall a solid product.
