Perfect for my morning smoothies. This fits exactly what I’m looking for. As you know, Amla powder has a very strong taste and so adding it to other things (like strawberries) that are strong in flavor hide the taste. Great nutritional value though!

Good for my hair and nails
First time I’ve ever used amla. Has a slightly bitter taste but I mix it in red wine, grape or cranberry juice. Tends to settle on the bottom so must stir often. Has made my nails break less. Also seems to have caused my hair line to regrow and hair less fine.

The price is just right especially for the amount of amla powder you get and of course all the amazing health benefits of amla! I mixed mine in a smoothie and it mixes perfectly!
