    Good ingredients but likely underdosed

This formula has a sensible collection of ingredients for a supplement marketed toward nerve and circulation support, but there is one major drawback: most of the dosages are hidden inside a proprietary blend. Each capsule provides 80 mg of magnesium plus a 575 mg blend containing magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher’s broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids, and CoQ10.There are some worthwhile ingredients here. Alpha lipoic acid is particularly interesting because it has been studied for nerve-related symptoms, while L-carnitine and CoQ10 have roles in cellular energy metabolism. Butcher’s broom is traditionally associated with circulation, and turmeric provides anti-inflammatory compounds. Magnesium glycinate is also a good form of magnesium, although the 80 mg supplied is fairly modest. My problem is the math. All six ingredients have to fit into only 575 mg, and we aren’t told how much of each one we’re actually getting. For perspective, alpha lipoic acid alone is commonly studied at several hundred milligrams per day. L-carnitine is also typically used in amounts considerably larger than could realistically fit here alongside all the other ingredients. That makes claims such as “nerve repair & protection” and “advanced nerve relief” feel much stronger than what the label allows me to verify. At $40 for only 30 capsules, this is also fairly expensive at about $1.33 per serving. I like the ingredient choices and the convenience of getting everything in one capsule, but at this price I really think the manufacturer should disclose the individual dosages rather than relying on a proprietary blend. It’s a promising-looking formula on paper, but greater transparency would make me much more confident in its value.

Seems to be helping, but its a bit expensive

I bought this for my wife because she often deals with nerve discomfort in her feet and legs. She has been taking it consistently and does feel like it has been helping. It has not completely eliminated the discomfort, but she has noticed enough of a difference that she wants to continue taking it.I like the combination of alpha lipoic acid, magnesium glycinate, CoQ10, turmeric, L-carnitine, and butcher’s broom in one capsule. The capsules are easy for her to take, and she has not had any stomach issues or other negative effects from them.My biggest complaint is the price. At around $70 for a 60-day supply, this is not a cheap supplement to stay on long term. I also wish they listed the individual amounts of all the ingredients rather than grouping most of them into a proprietary blend.Overall, we are pleased with it so far. Since my wife feels like it’s making a difference, I think it is a good product, but the higher price keeps it at four stars for me.

    Convenient Support Supplement

This supplement combines alpha lipoic acid, magnesium, and CoQ10 in a single formula, which is convenient compared with taking several separate supplements. The capsules are straightforward to take, and the two-bottle package provides a 60-day supply according to the suggested serving.ProsCombines three commonly used nutritional ingredients in one supplementVegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-freeConvenient two-bottle, 60-day supplySimple daily-use formatUseful option for those specifically looking for an ALA, magnesium, and CoQ10 combinationConsThe product makes “nerve support” and comfort claims, but results can vary and supplements shouldn’t be expected to treat nerve conditions. Research on alpha-lipoic acid for diabetic neuropathy has produced mixed results. Some people may experience digestive upset, nausea, or heartburn from alpha-lipoic acid. Magnesium supplements can also cause diarrhea or stomach cramps, particularly at higher supplemental amounts. The three-ingredient combination isn’t necessarily better than taking individual supplements, especially if only one of the ingredients is actually needed.Anyone already taking medications should check with a doctor or pharmacist before using it, since supplements can interact with certain medications. CoQ10, for example, can interact with warfarin and insulin.Overall, this is a reasonably convenient combination supplement for someone specifically looking for these three ingredients, although expectations should be kept realistic regarding the “nerve support” claims.

A Convenient Combination in One Daily Supplement

I was interested in this nerve supplement because it combines several ingredients I was already familiar with, including alpha lipoic acid, magnesium, and CoQ10. I like being able to get them together rather than adding several more bottles to my supplement routine. The capsules are easy for me to swallow and I have not noticed any strong odor or unpleasant aftertaste. I also have not experienced any stomach discomfort while taking them.I appreciate that the formula is vegan, non GMO, gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free. The bottle provides a 30 day supply, which also makes it easy to know when it is time to reorder.I have only been taking this for a relatively short period, so I cannot fairly judge the long term results yet. Supplements like this are something I prefer to evaluate after consistent use rather than expecting an immediate difference. So far, I am pleased with the quality and convenience. The ingredient combination is what attracted me to it, and it has been very easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

    Good product!Good product!

I’ve been really happy with this supplement! Easy to take, good-quality ingredients, and I like that it includes Alpha Lipoic Acid, Magnesium, and CoQ10 all in one. Definitely a great addition to my daily routine.

Good Formula, But the Price Makes It Hard to RecommendGood Formula, But the Price Makes It Hard to Recommend

I’ve reviewed quite a few nerve health supplements, and this product does have several things going for it. The formula includes Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), CoQ10, Magnesium Glycinate, Turmeric/Curcuminoids, L-Carnitine, and Butcher’s Broom, which together provide a fairly comprehensive approach to nerve support, circulation, antioxidant protection, and cellular energy production. The standout ingredient is Alpha Lipoic Acid, one of the more widely researched supplements for nerve health. The addition of magnesium glycinate is also a plus since it is generally well absorbed and supports healthy nerve and muscle function. CoQ10 and turmeric further contribute antioxidant and cellular support, making this a more thoughtful formula than many of the generic nerve supplements currently on the market.I also appreciate that the product is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. For consumers who prioritize cleaner-label supplements, those are meaningful advantages. However, there are some significant drawbacks.First, the marketing language is a bit stronger than the evidence supports. While these ingredients may help support nerve health and comfort, no supplement should be viewed as a guaranteed solution for neuropathy or chronic nerve issues.Second, I was disappointed to see silicon dioxide included in the formula. While it is commonly used as an anti-caking agent and is generally considered safe, it offers no nutritional or health benefit. Personally, I prefer supplements with minimal inactive ingredients and would typically choose a comparable product without silicon dioxide if possible. My biggest criticism, however, is the price. At roughly $70 for a 60-day supply, this product is simply going to be cost-prohibitive for many people. That’s over a dollar per day for a supplement that may need to be taken continuously for months before determining whether it provides noticeable benefits. While the ingredient profile is respectable, there are competing products on the market that offer similar core ingredients at a substantially lower cost.In the end, this appears to be a well-formulated nerve support supplement with quality ingredients, but the inclusion of unnecessary fillers and especially the high price significantly reduce its overall value. If it were priced more competitively, I would rate it much higher.
Pros: Good ingredient selection, vegan, clean-label attributes, magnesium glycinate, ALA, CoQ10.
Cons: Expensive, contains silicon dioxide, effectiveness depends on actual dosages, marketing claims are somewhat overstated.

Helps With Compressed Sciatic Nerve Pain and MoreHelps With Compressed Sciatic Nerve Pain and More

As a woman with a compressed Sciatic Nerve, pain is a daily struggle. I spend a lot of time looking for natural supplements that are safe to take alongside/in addition to my prescription medications for pain relief, and other medications for various other health issues that I have. I took this VITALYRA Nerve Support Supplement to my doctor appointment for his approval to integrate this into my daily routine. He gave it a resounding “yes” and explained how this particular capsule’s ingredients benefit nerve pain relief. I’ve been using it at bedtime alongside with my Gabapentin and my discomfort has definitely eased throughout the night. I’m sleeping for longer time periods without waking, tossing and turning, adjusting body pillows, etc. The capsule size is easily swallowed, tasteless and doesn’t give me those nasty burps like other supplements can. I’ll be reordering this and keeping it in my bedtime routine from now on. With a doctor’s approval for individual needs, I highly recommend this.
