I would enturely say I go regularly after I finished the bottle.+ Full Body Health: My doctor also encourages mangesium for my aging and mentioned benfits for heart, cells, brain, belly, bones, and more, but my men’s multi doesn’t seem to have quite enough. Hopefully helps with my RLS
I got these Vitalitown supplements with Magnesium and probiotics to hopefully help with restless legs syndrome (RLS) symptoms. I am still new to supplements in general. I am trying to do better now that I am 45ish. I have been taking this Magnesium for capsules about a month now. There are 60 (vegan) capsules per bottle. I have mostly consistent taking 2 of the capsules per day.It is difficult to know for sure if the Magnesium supplement is working/helping with my RLS and sleep, but at least it does not seem to cause any problems. With that said, over the last week or so I do actually think it may have helped some with RLS and my sleep. They also have probiotics, but I did not get them specifically for that. Again, it is difficult to tell if it is helping with my digestion and things. They do not upset my stomach.I got these in May 2026 and the expiration date is September 2028 for my bottle.I am giving these Magnesium with probiotics supplements by Vitalitown 4 stars. They are meeting my expectations based on the product description and pictures.

I started taking magnesium before bedtime several years ago when I was having trouble falling asleep. It’s been good for me, so I continue to take it nightly. When I saw this magnesium supplement that included probiotics, I wanted to try it.The dark amber plastic bottle has an easy twist off lid that came with a tamper evident seal. The lot number and expiration date is printed on the bottle, giving me about 18 months to use them. A serving size is 2 vegetarian capsules daily, so with 60 per bottle, this is a full month’s supply.The capsules are of typical size and clear, filled with a white powdery substance. They have no smell or taste and I thought they were smooth and easy to swallow. I’ve been taking the capsules about an hour before bedtime with a small snack such as a couple crackers or a piece of fruit. I’ve had no trouble with digestion or unwanted side effects.I like that this particular supplement uses a blend of 6 different bioavailable forms of magnesium instead of just a singular form. 50 billion CFUs of probiotics are a great addition and I’ve been able to eliminate a separate probiotic from my morning routine because I’m already getting them here. I’d much rather take just one supplement instead of two, so I’m happy this company has combined them together.They are gluten free, non gmo, vegan, and are made in a GMP facility, so I feel like I’m getting a good quality supplement with these.
