Limit the number of vitamin pills you take per day by combining them!
Cranberry pills are an important part of my vitamin regimen. I am not prone to UTIs, but I have noticed that I won’t get one if I regularly find a place to add cranberries to my diet. When I fell upon these Probiotics with Iron, Vitamin C B6 & B12, Digestive Enzymes, Cranberry, and D-Mannose by Vitalitown, I figured I’d try them out.I always review my purchases with five stars given to the product, and I deduct stars based on my experiences. Here are the reasons I have given this product five stars.- What is the vitamin form, and how do you take it? The vitamin is in capsule form. The capsule is made of plant-based fiber and the suggested dosage is two capsules daily. Altogether, the container provides a thirty day supply.- What does the vitamin aim to improve? It has a number of anti-UTI agents, so that seems to be the main purpose of this vitamin, warding these infections off. Otherwise, it contains other vitamins like B12, vitamin C, etc., which are great at warding off illness and increasing energy levels. The probiotics keep your gut bacteria from becoming a problem and help to keep yeast infections down to a minimum.- Does the vitamin have any mystery ingredients? Not a single one that I can find. What’s more is that the product description is very clear about the probiotics that are used and what they are used for.- Is the packaging appropriate? Absolutely; the container keeps light from hitting the formula and decreasing its shelf life. It would be nice to see the cap harder to open, though, so young children can’t easily get to the capsules.- Are there extra vitamins included, and what is the dosage of them? Yes, the vitamins that share room in the capsule with other ingredients are vitamins C, B6, folate, B12, and iron. The manufacturer included these vitamins with a great deal of oversight, knowing that there are other supplements and foods that could increase the overall dosage of the vitamins to toxic levels. Each capsule has a very limited amount.- Does the manufacturer have a good reputation and practice GMP? Generally, yes. The manufacturer is certified for practicing GMP. However, the Better Business Bureau gives the business a C-, so not all its customers end up being satisfied.- Is there anything that makes the vitamin unsafe to take? In general, those who are immunocompromised, regularly use catheters to urinate or deal with IBS should avoid probiotics unless otherwise indicated by a doctor. Also, cranberry extract may have a deleterious effect on kidneys that have stones and on individuals who are allergic to salicylates like aspirin.- Are there any extras that might be interesting to consumers? The vitamins are vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and checked for quality by a third party lab.- Is the price appropriate for the vitamin? The vitamins are offered at a terrific price; you’d probably pay the same at the supermarket for cranberry pills without the added probiotics. I fully expect to order these vitamins again.

Can a single capsule truly be this powerful?
I’ve been on the hunt for a good probiotic for a while, but with my sensitive system, I’m always a little cautious about what I take. A bit expensive for one month
For the price, this is fair at best. The vitamins are common enough that a woman can already get them from a good daily multivitamin, and the probiotics plus cranberry aren’t particularly special, considering this is over half a dollar per day in cost.

Dirt smelling probiotic
The pills have a very earthy smell about them, something like dirt. I don’t like that. Otherwise, they serve the purpose of keeping my stomach feeling well.

Effective women’s probiotic
First off, these probiotics are geared towards women containing 19 female focused live strains. These were easy to swallow and they suggest taking these with a full glass of water before eating so as to dilute the stomach acids, which make sense. The suggested dose is two, but after reading other reviews, i started with one and had no side effects such as constipation due to the additional iron. It feels like one is doing the job so I will not increase the dose and will stretch this bottle to two months, making it a good value. As far as the effectiveness, i have always suffered with UTis and digestive upset. These seem to alleviate the digestive issues and I have not suffered from a UTI since taking these womens probiotics. I wish i had known about these several years ago!
