Vitalibre is a prevalent brand which can provide you with peace of mind in regard to the ingredients you are taking.Ingredients include: 140 Billion CFU, Vitamin B Complex, Akkerman Sia, Cranberry, biotin & folate you will be pleased with how easy this is to up your supplement game.This bottle is a 2 capsule a day dose giving you a 30-day supply with the 60 included capsules. The capsules are on the smaller size level making them easy to swallow.This will clear out your digestion, so if you are not very regular on bowel movements, you may want to start when you are able to make it to a bathroom as one of the beginning side effects is regulating your system. Or you can start slowly by starting with only 1 capsule per day and working up to the regular dose of 2. I did not experience any other side effects.This is a great value for the price.5 Stars
