Helps muscular and joint pain
I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing this item. The reason I purchased it was to hopefully minimize delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) from exercising. For over 4 months, I’ve been consistently exercising. Once a week, I take a HIIT class. Despite taking it for over 4 months, DOMS has always been severe following this particular class for at least 2 to 3 days after. Some of my joints would also throb with a deep, dull, achy pain. After taking it for a few weeks, the pain has decreased significantly. I still get DOMS, but it’s very manageable. I’ve also noticed the joint pain that I have had has decreased in severity and isn’t as frequent.Will this product work for you? I can’t guarantee it. What I can say, however, is that it’s worth trying out. It doesn’t cost much. It’s safe. It won’t make things better over night, but it may make a difference longterm.

Excellent product. I had ankle pain probably due to a gout flare-up. I started taking these with celery seed extract and my pain level went all the way down. I believe this supplement has helped and will continue to take it. I appreciate that product arrived fresh with a long expiration date and Made in USA of Montmorency tart cherries. I hope in future a larger size bottle will be made available that offers more savings.

Wondering about the concentration of active ingredients
I felt comfortable taking Vitalibre’s tart cherry powder because the bottle indicated that it is lab tested, GmP certified, and non-gmo. The bottle was also safety sealed and had a best by date. The smell when I opened the bottle was a tart fruity smell, so it seemed fresh.I usually use Nootropic Depot’s tart cherry powder. I decided to check that bottle and saw that it’s standardized to 10% Anthocyanin content. Vitalibre’s extract says it is certified to .8% Anthocyanins. That didn’t seem like very much to me. It was easy to take the caplets because they are of a typical supplement size. The vegetable caps sealing the cherry inside also didn’t taste like anything when I took the supplement. At one caplet per serving, with 60 in the bottle, that’s a sixty day supply for a reasonable price. As for me, I didn’t notice a difference in my aches and pains or sleep quality when taking this supplement, and I think it is because it doesn’t have a very high concentration of the active ingredient. For that reason, I wouldn’t repurchase this particular supplement.
