Easy to take
These supplements are easy to use, easy to swallow. They have not caused any side effects – I suspect to see any improvement in gut flora it would take more time than what these will last, but they seem like they will be effective.

This works well for me
We have been in flu season for a while and now my usual time of year for very uncomfortable allergies. The allergies are almost negligible this year and can’t really get a foot hold. So far no flu or colds even though more stress than usual for the last two months. It has the right kind of fiber for me as well, (acacia and chicory) so it isn’t causing a slow down in the elimination tract like some probiotics have a tendency to do for me. I would get this again to supplement especially during winter and spring.

My Plus and Delta:Plus – Well packaged and labeled with distributor contact info (though the print is a bit small to read). Good blend of components and dosage levels. GMP and lab tested according to label. No additional ingredients (just a vegetable capsule to contain product)Delta – Would be better if distributors would include info. to make it easy to see sourcing and lab test data.

As a middle-aged woman I knew I needed a probiotic. So I’ve been in the market to look for one and when I came across this I thought I would give it a shot.It is very easy to swallow so if you have trouble taking pills this one should not give you any trouble. I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I have not experienced any upset stomach or any side effects so far. This is a quality product because I can tell there’s a difference with my bowel movements. As you get older you have a tendency to become a little more irregular and this has helped me so far because I’m more consistent than what I was. So the so the effectiveness of this probiotic is really great. Because I think this product works great I think it’s a great value for what you get. The ease of mind about the simple things are sometimes the best things of all.

The recommended dose is two capsules so one bottle will last me all month long. I love how convenient this product is!
