This seems like a good source of Resveratrol, they claim all the proper things like GMP compliant etc.This Resveratrol is made from Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) and the powder inside the caps does have an earthy taste which leads me to believe of its authenticity. I have had others over the years and they all were whitish and tasted like rice flour except for one from about 10 years ago which was also earthy. The Resveratrol from Japanese Knotweed is said to be mostly the trans type and that is the best. There is a plethora of health benefits from taking Resveratrol including longevity, aging, cardiovascular and many others.

These vitamins are truly fantastic! I absolutely love their entire line of Vitamins, Nutrients, & Healthy Life Support products—they’re all wonderful! My husband and I have tried most of them, and we’re very happy with the results. He takes a multi-vitamin, as do I, along with others that suit our individual needs. I’ve decided that I will no longer buy supplements that are manufactured overseas so checking for USA-made on the label like these have represents a critical first filter for me. Another consideration is the size of the capsules. My partner has a tough time with larger pills so if it is something that she may be interested in trying I like to make sure I’m not buying something that is giant. Though these capsules are larger than some, they’re smaller than plenty I’ve seen and I’ve included a picture so you can see what they look like compared to a penny.Of course, the functionality of the supplement is something that is critical as well and so far I’m happy with how these have performed for me. I happen to have started using them during a time when I was on vacation so it is hard to distinguish the effects of being well rested and relaxed from any benefit these supplements are providing. That being said, my energy levels have been pretty high and I’m feeling pretty sharp so perhaps there is something happening there. We’ll see how the effects continue now that the holidays are over and I’m back at the stressful job and if these don’t feel like they are providing long term benefit I’ll be sure to come back and adjust my review accordingly.

Started studying supplements a little more and trying a few different brands lately. Wanted to see if I notice any difference. I’m not having any negative effects from this one. This brand has a lot fewer milligrams per capsule than my usual brand at about the same cost. The resveratrol is labeled as derived from Polygonum Cuspidatum (Japanese Knotweed extract) which is typical.Bottle was double sealed with cello wrap on the outside and a foam seal on the underside of the cap. Label on bottle is difficult to read without a magnifier. Correct count of 60 capsules. Average size easy to swallow.Labeling is a little better than most at explaining the milligrams per capsule versus serving size. The suggested use is 2 capsules a day. I find that the suggested use is highly subjective between the different brands of product. The price point is $17.09 for 60 capsules which is on the higher side than most I have researched. That would be about $0.56 per serving. Expiration date was a very good 35 months beyond date of purchase.In general, to compare supplement products, read the Supplement Facts and suggested usage carefully. Rarely will you be able to compare one to another without doing some math. I encourage anyone to do your own research before taking any supplement and check with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure you won’t have any negative prescription interactions. If researching the internet, check the sites with a suffix of .org, .edu, or .gov. Any site with a .com is going to try and sell you something.

I have taken many different brands of it. This Vital Vitamins brand of Resveratrol gives me the benefits that I’m used to from other brands of Resveratrol. It seems to be a well made supplement and I will keep this in my supplement rotation going forward.This came with 2 bottles. Each bottle has 60 capsules, and the suggested serving size is 2 capsules, making each bottle 30 servings at the suggested serving size. The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow. They have a slight earthy taste and aftertaste to them, but it’s not unpleasant to me.

When you order a supplement, you must be very careful. Make sure that you know what you are ordering and what that supplement is supposed to be doing for your body when you take it. You have to be able to completely trust the people who are manufacturing and selling it. Has it been 3rd party tested? How do you know if it is working for you? What is the supplement made from? Where was it made? It’s terrible to think that a clear capsule could be filled with just about anything and how would you know what it is? I was in a nursing home for 3 months one time. One particular nurse came in every night to give me my pain pills. He was switching my pain pills for a calcium pill; but how did I know this? The world is full of evil people who simply don’t care about you or me. Do your “due diligence” and check out the manufacturer of the supplements you purchase. I know it’s a pain in the butt but you must realize that you are special in God’s eyes. He loves all of us. If someone is doing something wrong and you are on the receiving end, how would you know? I’m not saying that this supplement is not a good one; in fact Resveratrol is an anti-inflammatory and is supposed to make you feel better but it’s going to take a whole lot of it to kill any inflammation in our bodies because our food, water, and air is all messed up. Google the name of the company who is making your supplements; check them out first before you buy!
