Creatine supplement in easy to swallow capsule
I’m glad to find this Creatine in capsule form, as I don’t like taking it as a powder. I took one star off because the capsule contains magnesium stearate & silicon dioxide ~ 2 unhealthy ingredients. I may look for another brand, as I didn’t notice this when making my selection.Otherwise, I’m happy with my purchase.

This is great, I actually did feel a difference. But…it takes four pills for one serving. That’s a lot of pills.

If you don’t want to mess with shakes and powders that don’t dissolve well and taste bad, but you want to get in your creatine, this is a great option. Each bottle has 120 pills equaling 30 doses (so 4 pills a dose.) That may seem like a lot of pills but if you really hate having to fix the powders (like me) this is a super option. I can swallow 4 pills in 2 gulps.That said, the standard powder dose is 5g and 4 pills only deliver 3g. Sometimes if I’m feeling it, I go ahead and take 6, which I figure is 4.5g. It depends on what your goal is. I find besides muscle recovery, that I do feel good with a bit more energy, if not a bit sharper.It is more expensive to purchase capsules over powder, but if it means you remember to take it regularly- it’s worth it. Also it’s great for travel or taking directly to the gym etc.I feel that the product is effective. It is good to keep in mind that statements companies make regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA, so I myself do my own research and prefer companies that back up their claims. This company has a professionally designed website and a direct contact page, which adds to my confidence.

I ordered these creatine monohydrate capsules to change things up because I was taking a creatine monohydrate powder and wanted something more convenient. I also wanted a micronized form of creatine monohydrate, which is supposed to be better absorbed and utilized by the body.One reason I ordered this particular creatine product, besides it being in capsule form, is because it is made in the USA, something I prefer. The capsules of this product are average in size for health supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow without any supplement dust burps or any other ill effects.The capsules have 750 mg of creatine monohydrate in them, which is a little below the average dosage I have seen for similar products, but this product does give you more capsules per bottle, so that makes up for the smaller dosage capsules.This product works well and helps me maintain my energy levels when working out or going on long bike rides. I have taken creatine monohydrate for many years and can tell when it’s not working well, so I can say with certainty that this is a good product that does what it is supposed to do.The quality of this creatine monohydrate supplement is good, as are the results you see from taking it. Based on all things about this product, I think it is an excellent product and value.

My husband has been using these creatine supplements for about a month. His one complaint is that it recommended 4 pills daily. He said that’s too much as your body naturally produces creatine. I believe using 4 a day this product could get really pricey!When he does use it he can see a boost in energy, focus and stamina. He hasn’t had any side effects with using them. The pills are easy to swallow, flavorless and cause no stomach issues.So far so good. However I think if you plan on doing 4 daily or even more expect to go through then rather fast.
