More convenient than the powder
I’ve been taking Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Beauty Edition Capsules for a while now, and I love how much easier they are to take compared with the powdered version. The capsules are convenient — no scooping, mixing or dealing with taste — which makes it much more likely I’ll keep using them consistently.I’ve also noticed that my nails seem stronger and that my skin feels a bit more hydrated (though of course it’s a gradual effect). For the price, I feel like I’m getting good value because I don’t have to invest extra time or effort.My only hesitation (which keeps me from giving a full five stars) is that with capsules you may get a lower dose of collagen per serving compared to powder options, so if you’re looking for the maximum collagen amount you might want to compare. But for someone like me who prioritizes ease and consistency, these capsules hit the sweet spot. Highly recommend if you don’t want the hassle of mixing powders.

VERY TIRED but loved the results
I really loved the results from this product. I can’t do the powders because I can never stay consistent with them but I don’t mind taking pills. I would take 2 or 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening. I started noticing changes within a couple weeks. I am 37, have 2 kids under 10 and went through a terrible divorce in the past couple years so the stress and biological factors really took a toll on my hair and nails. After taking this product my nails quit breaking and my hair came back to life. The little hairs that would never grow at the front/top of my hairline started growing longer and fuller. I had taken the regular VP collagen capsules before this for a few months, with about a 2 month break in between, and I saw much more dramatic results with the beauty edition.**PLEASE READ**Unfortunately I have a very sensitive system. I ended up going to my doctor to try to figure out why I was so incredibly tired. While the doctor didn’t figure it out, I did research on my own and discovered it was likely the biotin in this product that has a very sedating effect for me. I could not function while I was taking it and I started feeling better once I stopped taking it. I am very disappointed because the results were incredible for me, but it’s not worth ruining my life over. I still am leaving 5 stars because I believe most people will not have this issue but I do want to warn others who may be sensitive as well and may not realize this product is the reason they are so fatigued.

Easy to take
I generally use the powdered equivalent of this product, but when traveling these capsules are are so much easier to carry. They are a little pricey. The capsules dissolved very easily. There was no taste to them and they appeared to be a good quality. They definitely help improve your skin, your hair growth, your fingernails and your bones. I would recommend to anyone the capsules or the powdered version of vital proteins, collagen peptides.

Great Stuff!
These are great! My nails are longer and stronger. I have very long hair and no longer have a lot hair in the brush – actually almost none. I am 74 years old, so all of this is very wonderful for me :)Update: I have been diagnosed with Alpha-Gal, so I can not take these anymore. I wish the Vital Proteins company would make these same capsules with the marine derivatives, as the mammalian derivatives could cause me problems. Maybe they will start making the ones I can use, I will check often, as it would be what I want.

These changed my life and hair/skin for the better
I purchased these because I hit menopause and my hair started to fall out abs I could see the change in my skin. I stareted taking them not expecting much. I’ve never had much luck with supplements. A short time later I could really tell a difference. My skin was more elastic and looked markedly better. It helped with joint pain and my hair loss definitely slowed. I stopped taking then after a few months and could again notice a difference so I’m now a customer for life.

Lifesaver
Was struggling with excessive hair shedding due to an autoimmune disease. Thankfully I was blessed with a lot of hair to begin with, but it still started to worry me. Tried this and within a month I saw a huge difference. I would no longer get stressed seeing all the hair on my hair brush after I showered. The only drawback is the amount of pills you have to take daily, it seems like a lot. But still worth it at the end of the day. Very affordable too!

This was the 1st time I used the Vital proteins pills. I usually get the powdered version but to be honest this was cheaper!! The pills are pretty big.So trying to swallow them was task by itself!! So what I ended up doing was to twist them apart and pour it into whatever Im drinking. It didn’t have much of a taste.Did notice nail growth and hair growth.Will have to do a part 2 after I finish the bottle!
