New Baby Hairs, Whose This?!
I have new baby hairs growing!! I haven’t seen my hair look like this since I was a teenager. I really think this product is part of the reason! I have been using it for 2 months now, and after about 5 weeks of consistent use I noticed the baby hairs starting to grow, my hair looks more fuller and thicker and I am so happy!I also use a comb massager on my head and a clarifying shampoo to prevent buildup and stimulate hair growth, along with a rosemary oil, all these things together seem to have helped but it all started once I was taking these supplements for a while!To the product: I think it’s been a nice addition to my hair care routine, and doesn’t add more than 30 seconds a day while still feeling like it’s helping. The capsules are a good size for me, I find them smooth & easy to swallow with water, they are not too big or anything. and I don’t notice any strong taste or smell when I open the bottle, which is nice because most supplements smell ick. I like that the packaging feels sturdy and looks clean and healthy.After using it for so many weeks, I think my hair feels a little stronger when I run my fingers through it too. I don’t notice as much breakage or hair coming out in the shower. So that’s less little hair clumps for the shower wall, which my husband appreciates lol. and I like that my strands seem softer and shinier. I love that it’s giving my body extra nutrients. It’s not expensive compared to other brands and it’s a huge bottle that lasts a while. The ingredients and everything seem to be well made and not cheap or mass produced.I haven’t had any negative experiences so far, yay, no aftertaste, no gi stuff, nothing like that. I also like that it’s gluten free & dairy free, since I pay attention to those things in my diet since I have celiac.Overall, I think this is a solid supplement. Steady Nail and Hair Growth with No Side Effects
After one month of use, I have ordered another bottle. During the past month I noticed that my hair and nails were steadily growing. Not as quickly as when taking other products with significantly more collagen, but steady with no decrease in nail or hair strength. Given the potential downsides of ingesting large quantities of collagen this is a very acceptable trade off. I also noticed that my slight graying seems to have stopped. For me, the recommendation to take only 2 capsules a day is a huge plus. This is a lot less than the 4 -6 recommended by other products. I frequently travel for long periods and taking less capsules with me is a definite plus. I’ll update this review if things change after taking them for another month. At this point, I would recommend these to anyone looking to maintain hair and nail growth and strength.

Burping this is horrible…
These giant pills are not easy to take if you have problems swallowing pills. I can’t vouch for the effectiveness of them. After taking a dose, I found myself burping up the foul tasting contents of the capsule. If you smell them, you can only imagine how horrible that tastes and feels. This may be okay for other people, but if you have any kind of digestive issues like acid reflux don’t take these.

Awesome hair, skin and nail supplement – with ashwagandha as well
These supplements are powder filled capsules that seem to be of good quality. They do not have a potent or bad smell or taste, and are easily swallowed with a sip of water. There are 30 ‘servings’ in the container which is pretty standard for these kinds of supplements. I really like the mix of ingredients in this supplement, it creates a nice cocktail for supporting hair, skin and nail health. If you are looking for a solid supplement supplying this mixture of ingredients, i don’t think you could go wrong. One unique characteristic of this hair, nail and skin supplement would be the addition of ashwagandha, which is not traditionally in this kind of supplement.. Making this supplement perfect for someone who is looking to add ashwagandha to their diet without buying an additional pill.

Basically a multivitamin with extra hair stuff
This product is basically a multivitamin that brands itself as a “Hair growth” supplement, but fails to achieve what it’s intended for. If you think you’re not getting enough vitamins or minerals, this might be helpful for you. Otherwise, if you’re a healthy individual, you won’t need this. When it comes to its effectiveness as a hair growth supplement, the ingredients listed have dosages that are way below what research suggests to have a significant positive result. I don’t think it’s worth it to hold on to those little amounts, as opposed to buying ones with research-backed concentrations.Anyways, I’ll still try to stick to this for 15 days (have been using it for the last 2 weeks, 2 capsules/day). It’s basically odorless and you get a good amount for ~$20. Will update once I finished.

Made In The USA And Has A Good Blend Of Vitamins And Minerals
The capsules are an average size, and they’re easy to swallow. The recommended dosage is two capsules daily with a meal, and the bottle contains a 30 day supply.The supplement contains a good amount of vitamins and minerals, to include a high amount of Biotin. It also contains Collagen and a small amount of Keratin, so it seems to have a nice assortment of ingredients to address healthy hair, skin, and nails. I’ve only been taking it a short time, but I haven’t experienced any adverse effects. It is easy to tolerate, and that’s always reassuring.One thing I like is that this is a product of the USA. I’m not sure how soon I will notice any improvement, but hopefully by the end of the bottle I will see some positive results. Overall it seems to be a quality product with the potential to address the concerns I have with my hair, etc.

Not for people with acid reflux
If you have acid reflux, these probably aren’t for you. Not only do these supplements smell awful, once they’re ingested, the terrible taste keeps coming up. It took about 30 minutes for me to stop tasting them. I can’t recommend these at all.
