My review is for the Saw Palmetto Peak 320 mg – Herbal Supplement for Hair Growth and Urinary Health – Vegan. I am not a doctor nor am I an expert of any kind in healthcare so even though I am happy with this product, do your own research of course to determine if it is right for you.My research and interest in this product has been around inflammation. People in my circle seem to be having an issue with inflammation now more than ever, for a myriad of reasons, some controllable and some not in my humble opinion. There has been a decent amount of research that shows saw palmetto contributes to an anti-inflammatory environment in the cell structures of our bodies. And so many health maladies have inflammation as their root cause, an assertion which I think is pretty universally accepted at this point in our understanding of medical science.A lot of the studies I’m excited about are animal-based. I’m not advocating for all kinds of accepted science here based on HUMAN studies so there’s that. But for me, it is not causing any health problems and I haven’t been to worried about what I’ve read thus far that would make me NOT consider saw palmetto for the promise it holds of anti-inflammatory properties. For the record, I’m fairly convinced on the prostate issue efficacy, but since I’m not educated in this field I’ll leave it to the experts to talk about the great potential there.If this product fits into your health care regimen and you decide to try it, this brand boasts some things in its favor in my book – Being made in the USA in an SQF-certified facility, being pretty high up there on the list in my opinion.
