Not really sure how to feel
I’ve been using these for a few months but I can’t really say I feel any change once I take it. I mean I don’t feel like I have more energy after taking them. Other than my iron being highlight yellow. Sorry if it’s TMI. They are easy to swallow and don’t have a funny taste or anything so I will keep trying for now.

Great way to boost B12!!
Have a family member who’s B 12 was in the toilet and adding this daily he finally has had the highest B12 since 2015. He also has had monthly b12 injections and they did nothing till we added this. Great supplement. I actually researched different brands and this one stood out because it was most recommended by natural-paths. Highly recommend if u have someone who’s B vitamins are in the toilet

A great blend
I am the male half, working on my 6th decade. My doctor put me on a B6 blend and it wasn’t working out for me. I think the Folate was too high in what he had me on. I searched and searched, trying to come up with a really close blend to what he put me on, but with lower Folate and so I tried this and I feel great using this product.

Great Vitamin
This vitamin was recommended to me by my doctor! I think it gets the job done. Easy to take, however the taste and smell is not the best. But that is not what the supplement is for (to taste good and smell good).

Pain relief
Energy has improved but the real benefit for me has been pain relief. Just checked my purchase date and I’ve been taking it for 30 days. I had bad joint pain, ankle, elbow, knee, wrist and back.
