    Low-dose anti-anxiety/anti-depressant medication

    I use St. John’s Wort as a low-dose (approximately 20 percent of what I’d get on Prozac or Xanax) antidepressant/anti-anxiety medication. Although there are no side effects I know of, there are some interactions with other medications that I have to be aware of.The St. John’s Wort available at the local supermarket or drug store is not batch-tested and so the amount of the active ingredient is not reliable. For that reason, I use the Vital Nutrients brand because the amount of hypericum in the capsules has been batch-tested.

    I normally have 117/60 BP after taking Vital Nutrients Hypericum Extract 0.3 % 300 mg for a week, my PB elevated to 170/ 100. I stopped taking it and would like to return it and get my money back.
