I don’t think anyone can definitively say that herbal supplements have life changing affects. However, with all the beneficial ingredients that this CoQ10 with PQQ has in it, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to get a bottle and see if I would feel any results.To begin with, I like the fact that you only need to take one pill and one bottle will last almost 5 months. The pill is easy to swallow, has no smell to it, and there is no after taste. I normal take it with a meal and I haven’t experienced any gut discomfort after taking it for a couple months.I do like the fact that they say it’s independently tested by a third party lab and that it’s made in the USA!I believe it’s still too early to tell if delivers all the benefits it claims, but I can say that I haven’t been sick since taking the supplement and my energy level has seemed to be at a decent level.The fact that the price is reasonable, I plan to get another bottle after I complete this one, so I can see if consistently taking it longer has sustained affects.

I usually take coenzyme Q10. When I saw this one, I decided to give it a try. This supplement is great. It contains 13 different in atural ingredients to work together. It’s a great value, at 150 days’ supply for less than $17. I also like that one ingredient is black pepper, which has been used to help the body absorb the other nutrients more easily. They are easy to swallow, they leave no adverse aftertaste, and they actually work ! After taking these for one month, I feel less tired and like I’m dragging. There’s no boost of energy, like you get with an energy drink or pills. It’s gradual but it stays with you and there’s no crash either. It’s just a steady little boost. Coenzyme Q10 is good for your circulation and heart, and the other ingredients have great benefits too. I think I’m going to stick with this brand, when I need to buy more. Does it actually contain everything it claims?
After using this for a week or so I’m not entirely convinced it actually contains all of what the label lists. I take coq10 regularly, usually 400 or 600mg at a time, and this just isn’t giving me the same kind of boost I typically would get from that much:I’m also a bit suspicious because the capsules aren’t that big and most of the coq10 I take is a similar size capsule but only 200mg, and that’s without any of the additional ingredients listed in these. Maybe the others I take have a lot of filler or something, but it seems odd that they managed to fit so much more into a capsule of this size. Typically when I see supplements with a lot of different stuff like this it’s for a serving of 2-3 capsules.If I was only seeing one or the other of those red flags I’d probably chalk it up to just being not so great quality, but the combination really has me questioning whether or not this is accurately labeled. I won’t keep taking it, if for no other reason than that other brands work a lot better.I will say the capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach.

This product interested me because it has impressive ingredients. I always wanted to try CoQ10. I like that it includes other ingredients that I like to use. So far, these capsules seem helpful.Here’s what I like the most:-I like that this product has a combination of ingredients that seem to work well together. Not only does it have 550 mg of coenzyme Q10. It also has omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E, hawthorne berry, citrus bergamot, alpha lipoic acid, green tea, turmeric, and black pepper.-I like that it is liposomal. My understanding is that liposomal supplements have a better delivery system.-I like that one bottle will last 150 days. That is a good value.-Each capsule is easy to swallow.-It is gentle on my system.-So far, I like this product.
