I like being able to get both supplements in a single capsule, along with some other supplements also known for their health benefits. It’s too soon to know what effect, if any, this product is having. The 650 mg dose of berberine is less than what I was taking in my stand-along berberine supplement, as is the 40 mg of turmeric.If you’re thinking of taking this for general overall health, I think it’s worth giving it a try after doing your research. More Berberine, Same Results
I tried another supplement that was similar to this one. It contained 50% less cinnamon and 60% more tumeric . A more significant difference was the amount of Berberine. The previous contained 50 mg of Berberine. This one has 650 mg. Honestly, I cannot tell the difference. The progress I achieved with the first supplement continues. My digestion has improved significantly. I haven’t had my sugar and lipid levels checked yet, but I will update this review once I do. The difference in the amount of Berberine left me curious. I researched and the general consensus is to tek 500 mg three times a day. While this one is closer to that number, it is taken once a day. I imagine this is because of the additional ingredients the supplement contains.

Loaded with Supplements in One Capsule
The Berberine contains cinnamon, turmeric and many other supplements that I also take Individual. So, I stopped taking the supplements individually so as not to over burden my metabolism with too much and relied on the Berberine to be my main supplement of cinnamon, turmeric, etc. I have experience no side effects. Capsules are easy to swallow. I can smell the mixture of the ingredients when I open the bottle that says to me fresh and real ingredients are present in the capsule. I had bloodwork did a few days ago and my blood work components look very good and in range. The price is reasonable and they are made in the USA with a website and customer support. Product seems alright, but company is pretty sketchy
I’ve had good experiences with berberine, and when I discovered berberine phytosome, I switched over. I’m familiar with liposomal delivery systems for suppliments and like, but this is the first liposomal berberine I’ve tried. From my research, the two sound pretty similar.Since I’ve been taking berberine phytosome for a while now, I can’t really speak to the effects of this product. It seems to be of a good quality touting US made in the description, 3rd party testing, etc., but I’ve never heard of them. Doing some research, their “corporate headquarters” in an apartment building in Los Angeles. What’s worse, I can’t find any company registered by that name in the State of California. When I went to their website, I was surprised their only method of sales is through Amazon. Could this be a white-label product purchased and rebranded from a legitimate manufacturer? Sure. However, the 3rd-party testing certificate shown in the product listing says it was done for Vital Herbal, not the manufacturer.This issue with cheap supplements from overseas is that they don’t adhere to the same standards, and studies have shown the have little to no active ingredients listed on the bottle and can have contaminants such as heavy metals. I’ll likely finish the product, but I won’t be picking up any more of the this company’s suppliments. Simply too sketchy.

Good quality berberine and one capsule per dose!
This is a good quality berberine with the benefit of turmeric and cinnamon added in as well. A very good mixture of anti inflammatory and warming ingredients that help the body’s metabolism. I love that these are made in the USA and that the dosage is just one pill rather than two, like most out there. So you’re actually getting 150 doses out of this bottle of a potent product with an appropriate amount of mgs. Super easy to fit one supplement pill into my regimen, it doesn’t taste or smell weird…I feel like I have more energy and that this helps to boost my immune system as well. I love this product and I appreciate its price point with the amount of capsules included and the quality that it maintains. I probably will get these ones again in the future over others. I like that there aren’t a ton of different ingredients included, just a nice simple mix. Sometimes I feel like supplements go overboard with the ingredients. Great product.

This product is high quality and has a considerably large amount of berberine in it. For the price point it can’t be beat. The company website is very lacking which made me weary of the brand, so I did some research on them and found out they’re actually a shell company for a different supplement company based in China. I reached out to the company directly using their website to find out if these reviews were telling the truth and four weeks later have had no response. Therefore I am certain that the research I’ve done is solid.This does not mean the product isn’t good. The ingredients seem top tier and the price point is exactly what I want to pay for a liposomal Berberine supplement. I’m just disappointed that they’re not made in the USA like they claim.
