Liposomal formulation said to increase absorption
These liposomal ALA capsules are said to have a higher bioavailability than ordinary capsules. I did take 1☆ off because this is not R-ALA, but rather a blend of ALAs, likely including the less useful S-ALA. However, apart from this, there is a good lineup of ingredients designed to work synergistcally. The capsules arrived in good shape and are easy toswallow.

This is an interesting mix of ala, biotin and vitamin c. I typically take each of these supplements separately, so I was pleased to see them together in one convenient capsule.These are easy to take, have a high % of supplementation per dosage and do not leave any after taste.I have been happy with the results this past month of daily use and will continue to take these rather than the 3 separate pills that I was previously taking.

I have been taking a different name brand ALA supplement to help with some occasional nerve pain and it does help. The other supplement was expensive for only a 30 day supply. Needing to take two capsules a day, this brand provides a 75 day supply for less than the other brand so I figured I give it a try. These are less potent that the other brand and you do need to take 2 instead of one, but I figure its worth a try to save money. These are pretty easy to swallow and do not create any aftertaste after I take them.
