Love this stuff, better nails noticeable.
so I have weird nails and with this, they are still weird but no longer soft, but nice and hard. From my research, we’re all missing trace minerals because of depleted soil, which is why I decided to add this to my daily supplements. Been taking for years. No flavor, brown color, watery consistency is normal. I sometimes miss days, but a bottle lasts me over a month. Think my hair is growing in better too, though I’ve also switched to henna from chemical dyes so harder to say. I chose this instead of trace minerals, which taste awful, or shilajit, which is expensive, looks more difficult to take, and sources seem questionable. They’ve also improved the sealing so less chance of leaking in transport. And added a plastic measuring cap to take, though on last purchase it was hard to get the additaonal cap apart from the closure cap. I just use the closure cap as I didn’t feel like wrestling with it. But it does show the company cares and is responding with updates to address any problems.

This is my 3rd bottle of mineral blend. Let me start off by saying that I take a LOT of supplements for a variety of reasons. I started taking this fulvic/humic acid mainly to help nail and hair growth. But I also take 5000 mg of biotin, daily collagen, eat a ton of eggs, eat a mostly carnivore diet, so I really can’t say if the mineral blend made any difference or if it was the all the other stuff. For awhile there, I noticed my nails were growing longer/stronger, my hair was growing like crazy, I wasn’t losing as much hair in the shower, AND my eyelashes grew! I mean, that was a huge difference because after having so many kids, my eyelashes were pitiful. Now they look like they did when I was a teen.So, then I ran out of the mineral blend and I was being really careful with my spending. I just couldn’t fork out the $33 for another bottle. This last month while I haven’t been using it, I’ve noticed my hair falling out a lot more in the shower and my nails are breaking constantly. I changed nothing else in my life. Is it the mineral blend?? Who knows, but I bought another bottle, because, well I’m a little vain, and I like my hair and I like my new eyelashes.As for other benefits that it claims:better immunity – I don’t often get sick, so I can’t speak to thisbetter sleep – well, I’m in menopause, have too many animals, and have never really slept great. I can say, however, during the time I wasn’t using the mineral blend, my insomnia was much worse. Now that I’m using it again, we shall see.cognitive function – I can’t say that I have too many issues here. Around the same time I started using this stuff, I also started using Gingko and my short-term memory greatly improved. So, maybe it was one or the other, maybe both.My ONLY complaint about this item is the lid. It comes with a plastic cup over the actual lid that is intended for pouring/measuring the 1 oz of liquid. I have NEVER been able to get that stupid plastic cup off of the lid. So I just pour straight from the bottle and eyeball it. No big deal.

Their soil is tested, and their sourcing can be traced. I feel strength just after one day of taking half the recommended dose. I like to start low and slow with new meds or supplements. I started giving it to my husband who was on day 2 of upper respiratory cold symptoms and he was hardly coughing the next day. It really taste like water when out in water. It’s not bad plain either. Comes securely wrapped with 3 different seams and a measuring cup. The bottle is huge so it’s worth the month for sure.
