very high quality I have unexpected health benefits using it
I’m not sure exactly what it does but I’m currently ill as well as homebound right now and was not expecting much but it is really strong and effective for me…. I used only 3 packets in 3 weeks and felt a huge difference when I was taking this compared to when I stopped taking it…..I believe that it contains minerals that are missing from foods and diet from the overfarming I heard about in the soil…..the taste isn’t good by itself it tastes a little earthy or like how plant soil smells, but I just make a drink with water and some lemon juice in a bottle and keep it in the fridge, and it has zero taste. it was really powerful for me at first, especially the first dose which is good bc it tells me that its doing something for me but I had to adjust to it and the first packet lasted me an entire week….just a sip whenever and it gives me a lot of health benefits and definitely improved my health, almost 100% when I was taking it. I still have so much left since it contains 14 packets so it is a great buy, definitely recommend this and don’t want to be without it…..I would keep buying it amazing quality and recommended.

A new one for me
I’ve been around the block a time or two as far as supplements go, but I had never heard of taking fulvic acid or humic acid before. I actually had to look it up to see what they’re even supposed to do, health-wise. What I’ve learned is that both fulvic and humic acids are antioxidant/anti-inflammatories that help your body absorb minerals and nutrients and may contribute to gut health. That was enough to encourage me to give these packets a try.The liquid is dark brown and mixes easily into your drink of choice. I blend it into my morning protein shake and can’t taste it at all. I can’t say whether I’ve noticed a demonstrable difference in how I feel, but I am familiar with Vital Earth as a reputable brand with quality products, so I trust that it’s doing good work in my body regardless. The only reason I’ve deducted a star is the price. As convenient and portable as these single serve packets are, they are also a bit cost prohibitive for my budget. Luckily, I’ve found that Vital Earth also sells this supplement in a 32 oz bottle, which brings it to less than half the price of the single serve packets, so that’s another way to give this product a try!

Ordered this mineral wellness support as I love the convenience and ease of grabbing a few pouches and throwing them into my bag. This unique formulation is jam packed with 70 plant derived minerals that arrive in 14 single serve pouches. The taste is mild and mixes with about any beverage. There is no caffeine in this product which I appreciate for those days when I need a bit of a natural kick without consuming any caffeine.

I have seen this brand before, so I was excited to give this product a try. It is surprisingly easy to work into daily schedule, especially with the individual packets. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it doesn’t have any sweeteners or flavors, but the taste is super mild, slightly mineraly, but nothing that noticeable to describe more. I’ve tried it in both smoothies and in tea and once it’s mixed in, I can’t tell it’s there. Even straight with water, it’s not bad at all!The single serve packets are a huge plus. They’re compact, easy to stash in my purse or work desk, and there’s no mess or guesswork. I like the simplicity of it, just open, mix, and go. For something that packs in over 70 trace minerals, it doesn’t feel gritty or chalky.Now that I’ve been using it regularly for a little over two weeks, I think benefits should be kicking in. I like that the ingredients can help with immune support and brain function. I haven’t noticed too much of a difference yet, but I plan to keep taking these. Great for traveling and good amount of fulvic and humic acid
My chiropractor introduced me to Ion humic acid years ago and I noticed an immediate improvement in my digestive system. I tried shilajit next and saw an additional increase in the way I absorb nutrients, including medication and supplements. It was a radical difference and I have continued to include humic and fulvic acid in my diet since then. Shilajit can be hard to get down, so I often rely on liquids like this instead because they seem equally effective but are much more mild tasting. This particular brand is easy to take on its own or in water because of the mild taste, but I’ve added other brands to my morning coffee to help hide the taste when needed and it doesn’t seem heat sensitive.I have tried several varieties of humic/fulvic liquids and this brand has one of the highest amounts of humic and fulvic acid that I have found in a liquid.I like that these are easy packets for traveling this summer. I looked it up and this also comes in more economical bottles for home use.I wish this also had third party testing on it for both purity/contaminants and content. At least its made in an FDA-registered facility in the U.S.This product does not contain an expiration date, which is not concerning since the FDA has been pushing for the use of manufacturing dates over expiration dates so that less food/product is wasted. The date of manufacture on the box I received in July 2025 is January 2025.

There was not enough information on the Vital Earth page about what kind of minerals this product contains, beside “Packed with over 70 naturally occurring ionic trace minerals, our fulvic-humic blend helps restore cellular energy and support vital biological processes.” Also, it is not clear from what exactly it is produced. I was hoping there would be more detailed information on the product itself. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any clear explanation. From my understanding it is made from plants compost? Then you are consuming composting material. I didn’t find it beneficial or attractive and prefer organic vitamins over this product. If company don’t have enough confidents to tell what is it, I would not trust this product.
