Great tasting gummies
I’m a woman in my mid-30s. I have thin, fine dark blonde hair. My hair has always been thin. However, when I reached my early-mid 20s my scalp became more and more noticeable. I’ve tried various things and been tested for thyroid issues over and over. For the last few years, I was barely shedding any hair. Be more worried if you aren’t shedding hair vs shedding the typical 50-100 hairs per day.I started taking these gummies in Oct 2015. February 2016 I noticed some growth but thought maybe it was in my head. By April/May 2016, there is fuller coverage of my scalp and my ponytail is thicker. My hair dresser agrees there is more hair and scalp coverage. I usually space my hair trims 12 weeks apart. This last time I needed to go sooner.. closer to 8 weeks. My best friend, who I only see twice a year, noticed the difference as well.I take 4 gummies per day. I’ve read that Biotin will only work if you truly have a Biotin deficiency. Give it 6 full months before you make any decisions on how effective or ineffective biotin is for you. My hair is still thin but at least my scalp isn’t shining through my hair as much anymore. I wish I had taken before pictures.

Ok, so this is my second bottle. I was a little scared to try it since some reviews stated it caused acne and others said it didnt make a difference with hair loss or growth.I have taken 4 daily, for over a month now.i can say the hair loss has stopped 99%. ?Before just running my fingers through my hair i would end up with a hand full of hair, now i can tug on my hair and and 0-2 strands might come out. I have also noticed new hair growth, not as much as i would like but i cannot say these gummies don’t work or that i didn’t love them, that would be a lie.They are amazing!!! And do just what they say they will. Also ive even noticed stronger nails, and thats not even what i cared about but its a plus!As for breaking out, NOT AT ALL. Maybe the people who wrote that stuff were acne prone or already had acne issues. I have normal skin with no acne issues and these gummies DID NOT CAUSE ANY ACNE AT ALL, which is what i was very worried about because of other review.All in all, I will continue to order these. They taste great and i wish i could just eat them lol.

My complexion is AMAZING!
Needed a few months to notice whether this stuff really works or not but I feel like I’m trimming my nails ALL THE TIME so…probably. I take Biotin because I want my hair to grow longer, stronger, and faster. Also, my skin cells are in hyperdrive to the point where I can lightly drag my nails across my skin in the shower and globs of grey dead skin cells clump underneath them. SO GROSS! I have to exfoliate my entire body about 3x/week with a Salux Nylon Japanese Beauty Skin Bath Wash Cloth/Towel – White cloth. It wasn’t just a dry winter skin issue…I’ve had to exfoliate all summer long, too. I’m positive it’s because of the biotin. Totally worth it though, because my complexion is amazing!It turns out that I very rarely will take my vitamins if I have to swallow them whole. These gummies are like a yummy fruit snack and I look forward to them every morning. I’ve tried other brands of biotin gummies and these are the best tasting that I’ve found. They’re also the easiest to chew of the 3 brands of chewable biotin I’ve tried. Maybe that seems like a silly thing to mention, but other brands of biotin gummies are like chewing rubbery gumdrop candies that take forever to break down. Also Vitafusion is the highest dosage I can find. I’ve been using this product for >12 months and will continue to do so indefinitely.

Biotin equaled weight gain for me
I originally bought these to help with hair growth. I’m a horrible pill taker, which is why I opted for the gummies. They have a good flavor similar to gummy candy. They came decently packaged, not melted or anything like that, and appeared to be fresh.After talking them for a few months, I didn’t notice any change in my hair growth. However, I did notice my nails grew like crazy and they were extra hard. I typically have pretty strong nails already, but these were unreal strong! I know it can take longer than a few months to notice a change in hair growth, so I would have kept taking them if it weren’t for the side effects I discovered…I noticed that I started gaining weight faster than what is normal for me. I also noticed that it became harder for me to lose weight as well. I didn’t necessarily feel hungrier than normal, and my eating habits didn’t change, but all of a sudden I’m gaining weight out of nowhere. I was working out regularly, and nothing in my diet or lifestyle had changed other than me taking biotin, so these gummies are the only thing I can blame for It.I tried taking them again about a year later and it all happened again. I love having long hair and strong nails, but it’s not worth it if I have to gain weight too.I gave these 4 stars still because they tasted good and probably did what they were supposed to do. Everybody’s body is different, so my experience may not be the same as the next person. It’s definitely something to think about if you’re considering taking biotin in any form from any company.

Helping with post-menopausal hair thinning
I have taken this before and had great results. Tried another product with not so great results so went back to these biotin gummies. Where are my ladies who are post-menopausal and have thinning hair? Like what is that? But I have to say these vitamins do seem to help. First my nails are really strong – and then my hairdresser mentioned that I had a bunch of new hair growth. Whoop Whoop! Even if its just sprigs of hair right now, I’ll take it! They taste good too so that’s a bonus.

In May of 2018 I had to take some medication for my rheumatoid arthritis that caused a lot of hair on the front top of my scalp to fall out. It was so noticeable & I was really embarrassed. My doctor said it was difficult to grow hair back on that part of your scalp. A pharmacist recommended Biotin. I originally started taking another brand that was a capsule, but I could taste it & it was horrible. I quickly found these gummies and started taking 2 a day. They’re very easy to take because they’re like candy honestly. After about 6 weeks I could really see the baby hairs coming in. After a few months I could barely tell I lost anything. I still take them now & will continue to take them. I have long naturally curly hair and my hair has never looked better. It grows so fast & the condition is so much better. My nails grow very long too, but they do break sometimes if I do a lot of cleaning. These gummies have restored my confidence!!
