Just creatine which is what we all want
JUST creatine. Which is what we want. It’s micronized as well–tremendously fine and so easy to mix. Creatine is one of the few supplements that makes a tremendously positive difference in my life. I just tried this one and have nothing negative to report. Creatine monohydrate has been well-researched. Might want to check out the research. You do NOT have to be a “gym rat” to get real benefits from this. Really like this powder.

Straightforward and simple; micronized creatine monohydrate. And no other ingredients. Creatine monohydrate has decades of use as a supplement. Generally to increase muscle and athletic performance and endurance. Although more recently, also for the cognitive benefits that have been demonstrated.It contains 500 mg. of creatine, 17.9 oz. 100, one serving scoops, each providing a standard 5 mg. creatine. Well, theoretically. As I couldn’t find any scoop, thoroughly sifting through it with a fork. Although, that isn’t a problem for me, personally. And, they might have just missed mine, No problem. I did dig out a desiccant packet. Which shows care in making sure it stays fresh. It’s made in the USA. And, manufactured with GMP compliance, as required. Being micronized, it mixes into liquids or food easily and smoothly. And, it’s absorbed into your system faster, for faster benefits. It’s also third party tested.Containing just micronized creatine monohydrate, and no other ingredients. It oddly, has a tasty mixed fruit flavor, and a light violet color. Quite different from other pure creatine supplements I’ve used. Which really didn’t have any flavor at all, certainly not fruity. And appeared white, adding no color when you mixed it in something. Mixing it in water and a little stevia makes a very tasty beverage. It has no sweetness on it’s own. Which means I can use what I want. And it doesn’t have sucralose, which some athletic products use, and I don’t want.I like the convenience of having 500 gm. A 100 day supply. I like that it’s micronized, so it both mixes in well, and gets into your system fast. And, it tastes really good in plain water, with a little sweetener. Love the mixed fruit flavor!
I have been taking creatine for years now, but I decided to get this supplement because it has a different flavor I want to try. The creatine powder mixes really well with water, no clumps and does not settle to the bottom. The flavor isn’t overpowering but tastes great with some water. It has a mixed fruit flavor which tastes a lot like oranges to me which I like.

Solid creatine and a good price
Straight and to the point. I gave this a try and I’m really glad I did. I think it’s a fantastic creatine for the price. I have been using it for about 2 months and have been really enjoying it. My performance in my lifts is basically the same as when I was using more expensive brands. My gains are still very much gaining and I’m lifting heavier and heavier. Of course, I can’t attribute all of this to the creatine, but the notable power it gives me with an extra rep or two really adds up over time. It mixes really well into water and I like to combine it with my pre-workout. But I will say, on it’s own, the taste is just meh. The basic taste I get is just slight tartness so I wouldn’t buy it just for the taste alone.

I’ve ordered a few things from VitaCosmoX and before ordering this Creatine supplement, I thought they were a reasonable supplier of supplements. I no longer believe that.There are significant problems with this product (Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder 500G, Mixed Fruit Flavor), and it looks to be in direct violation of 21 CFR Part 101 (FDA) and the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). Let’s look at why this is true.I mixed a small sample of this creatine supplement, and the color of the liquid was a light pink/purple color and it had a mild fruit/berry taste to it.Creatine Monohydrate is largely tasteless and colorless without additives, so clearly there were things added to this supplement to produce the color and the berry flavor. (See picture)If you look at the ingredient label it clearly states “Other Ingredients: None.” (See picture)So, VitaCosmoX has either by design or neglect, failed to properly label this product with its true ingredients. Without an accurate label – who knows what could be in this supplement.With regards to food and supplements, trust is extremely important. I no longer trust VitaCosmoX. This product, along with everything else we still have from VitaCosmoX is going into the trash bin. I would give this product “0 stars” if possible. Epic Fail by VitaCosmoX!

Contains 100 Servings of Micronized Creatine but What are the other Ingredients?
I like the mixed fruit taste of the creatine and that it is micronized. The canister provides a 100 servings at 5 grams per scoop. It states non-gmo, GMP certified, and Made in the USA. What I didn’t like, I took it before noticing there was no listing of any other ingredients-which is false! The creatine is sweetened and flavored with something, and it even has a slight pinkish color. However, I could not find any other information on the other ingredients, which is not cool. It states in the description that there are no unnecessary fillers or additives. Then on the container it says it only contains creatine, but on Amazon it says, Creatine Monohydrate & Hesperidin. What does this mean? Too many conflicting pieces of information causes too many red flags for me. This company needs to be straightforward in their labeling of this product- end of story!
