Got these to help curb my appetite and they seem to have worked well. I do not mid the taste though it is more lemony and not sweet. It is very easy to use and I combine it with other supplements I am using. No bad side effects and my stomach tolerates it well. Has helped with appetite control, but have not felt any extra energy. Will keepusing it and most likely keep buying it.

As someone whos been trying to get on top of my health I have plenty bad habits. I have terrible eating habits as Im in my 30s but still eat like Im 16. I get sluggish after meals and besides taking hours to clean Im pretty much lack energy and motivation. Ive been taking this for 3 days and it has helped with my joints and overall energy, the sluggishness is almost non existent and Ive actually been motivated to clean up. For that I can say its worth it. I can only imagine what it will do long term. I havent even been really wanting to eat and snack to much and the meals I do have are small meals not massive ones like I usually do. When I get hungry and eat Im satisfied with smaller portions if that wording is better. Also cleared out a little gunk in the bowel department without being too descriptive. This comes with a glass dropper attatched to the cap, this has measurments on it too so thats great I dont have to try to hard to figure out how much is too much. Thanks!
