    My favorite B2

    I have gone through many B2 vitamin brands the past month, as I try to find something to help with migraine prevention. These are my favorite so far. For one, most companies give 100mg dosage, which is too high for me. I prefer to start with a very small dosage, and this is one of the few 50mg tablets I found (I cut them in half, and take 25 mg, which would be a pain to do with the 100mg tablets).

    This is best at the lower dose

    Works better than another brands 100 mg. I will continue to buy these. My headaches pretty much have vanished. They have improved by 80%. No more otc meds for going on three months. If I get one its from dehydration but they are not as intense and they go away as soon as I go to sleep. Its a good feeling; I take one daily. I may up it up if Im more physical. i dont need 400 mg to rid my headaches like some scientists have indicated. 50 mg is perfect for me. Im also 5-3 F 150 pounds. A customer forever.

    This product provides good energy. B2 increases the use of glucose and is a co-factor in ATP synthesis. One or two tablets with 200mg of caffeine pill after lunch gives me an afternoon boost of energy that lasts 7-8 hours.
