It has effect but slightly. I do have some inherited lessining to gorge myself as seem to be more satisfied earlier where i decide “enough is enough” (not sure but that seems to be the effect).Been on it for about 10 days. I consider it ok based on 30 cents per day. Bargain.Clean skin helps adhesion & stays on in shower if applied that way (clean dry skin).Lost about 1-2 pounds so far.Your mileage may varry. NOT paid to say this. May update when used longer.

Good Parches
I’ve been using these berberine patches for a few weeks and overall I’m pleasantly surprised. The patches are easy to apply, stay in place throughout the day, and don’t irritate my skin. Great patches
I recently purchased some of these Patches, so it’s still too early to see the results, but so far it has been good. I Like that they have natural ingredients and all you need to do is put the sticker patch on your skin and it does the job for you. They are very comfortable to wear, and stick in place without it causing any skin irritation. Material is good quality and it and it smells good .I am excited and can’t wait to see the results throughout the times of use.
