As an honest reviewer, I’ll say I don’t take this every day. I fly for a living, and have this in my luggage, so I rarely take this while I’m home. Though I’m not home a lot. And occasionally I forget to take my liquid supplements, or rotate which I take while I’m flying. Could be one day my liquid ones, and the next my pill ones, or a mix. I’ve had this a few weeks now, and can definitely say it tastes good. And I only have my good tasting liquid supplements in my bags. I think this does help with energy levels, as my sleep schedule is absolutely broken now a days. The last two I flew after waking at 1230am unable to fall back asleep, for a 5am showtime. It’s getting harder to transition from late schedules to early, especially during the same week or same trip. But I’m still alive and not sleeping during these flights. So I think this is helping, though it could be any of the supplements I take too. So far the only think I can’t say I like is the dropper. It just feels weird, no other reason. And not remotely close to being a reason for losing a star. and although it doesn’t specify for some reason(they really should!) it seems to be manufactured and of course distributed in the USA which should be a good thing as opposed to coming from China. Price is pretty average compared to other liquid supplements. Wish it were cheaper though.

Good supplement but missing information
B12 is a very important supplement, so I was excited to try this. While it technically has a blood orange flavor, I found it to be very diluted. Having drops were a lot easier to swallow than a large pill, which I appreciated. I did not notice any side effects from the drops, and it did seem like I had more energy after consistently taking the drops. The two stars off, however, are for the quality and information concerns. First, there should not be a sweetener (stevia) in these drops. Second, there is no information about where these supplements were manufactured, and according to what standards. Given these issues, this is not a good value for your money, as there are other options out there that are more transparent.
