This product arrived well sealed and packaged to maintain its freshness and effectiveness. The bottle contains 60 capsules, providing a 30-day supply with the recommended dosage of two daily. Each serving contains 500 mg NMNH, 500 mg Nicotinamide Riboside blend, and 250 mg Betaine Anhydrous (TMG). The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow without any taste or aftertaste. I take them after meals. I haven’t experienced any side effects so far. I hope this product helps support healthy aging and maintain good health and well-being.

Quality of this product is questionable
Each serving of this combination supplement is claimed to contain 500 mg NMNH and 500 mg nicotinamide riboside. Based on my experience consuming other NAD+ boosting supplements, I know these are effective doses. However, based on this experience, I also know that it is prudent to look for a certificate of analysis with results for active ingredients. The bottle label states “Certificate of analysis available on: http://www.vinatura.store.” When I checked this site, I did find a certificate of analysis for this supplement, but it only reported microbiological test results. No results were reported to back up the claim that each serving contains 500 mg NMNH, 500 mg NR, and 250 mg TMG. I then noticed that a certificate of analysis is posted on the product page. This certificate of analysis, in addition to microbiological test results, gives heavy metal test results, but no results again for the active ingredients NMNH, NR, and TMG. The product page has the statement “Our NMNH product has been independently tested for quality and purity in the USA,” but no purity results are reported. I am thus not convinced that this supplement contains the stated amounts of NMNH, NR, and TMG.

Don’t know why other reviews say they don’t have tests as I saw them having all tests available to see publicly. These capsules contain more nmnh than other nmnh products PLUS having tmg and nr. great value for money and great for nad.

I am about to be on my third time buying said product and I am trying to give it time to determine its affects. I am not 100% convinced of any real change or improvement hopefully after third time buying n using it I will be able to notice n have something more positive to report. I am willing to buy n use up to a few times because these things, changes, n improvements sometimes need a certain time frame for us to start n notice the improvement s.

Wanted to like this product and manufacturer
This is my first time trying this product and this manufacture. I’m very concerned because the thermal seal was not in place properly to provide tamper evidence and sealing from the environment. Sidenote the packaging is horrendous because it’s about 1 inch tall and about 2 inches wide so it takes up a tremendous amount space to store the caplets. They should just use a tall slender bottle like every other company. Disappointing.

Helps Boost My Energy
I take this supplement in the early afternoon after lunch to give me a little energy boost to finish out my work day. I find it works great for combating the afternoon snoozies and helps me power through the rest of my work. It is also good to take it in the morning to get you up and going, especially if you don’t have time to grab a cup of coffee on your way out the door. I haven’t really noticed anything else, but I am hoping, with regular use, that I will get some anti-aging, focus and other health benefits from these quality ingredients.The capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. This bottle is a 1-month or 60-day supply and is a little pricey, but still cheaper than other caffeine supplements that do not have the same health benefits. The bottle is not childproof and has a twist on/off cap with a seal. This supplement is working well for me and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an energy boost with some other health benefits.
