Convenient, Decent Value
Definitely not a miracle pill, but it’s possible to be deficient in some of these things like selenium which directly support your thyroid. Weird this is marketed for women though, since taking this for men or women makes no difference at all. The zinc with copper is a good addition as too much zinc can interfere with copper absorption. Seems to be good quality. Worth taking if you’re concerned about an underactive thyroid.

Not good I ingredients! Cheaply made
I actually don’t like this supplement. I purchased this from the Amazon Vine program. I wasn’t really paying attention to ingredients when I ordered it. When it came in I noticed that it has some not so good. Ingredients. Cyanocobalamin is a bad synthetic form of vitamin B12. It is essentially cyanide. Copper in the cubric oxide form is not healthy for you to ingest. If you want copper, you need to pick up a ghk-cu formulation of copper as this is the bioavailable form. There are other ingredients that are not very good as well. I do not recommend this supplement. I believe that the supplement was made using shortcuts and cheaper versions of ingredients. Don’t waste your money.

Easy way to support your thyroid
Iodine is said to be an essential nutrient, but it’s hard to find in food. My thyroid isn’t low enough to warrant medication, but low enough that it needs help. This has all the nutrients I need to support my thyroid gland function. These pills are easy to take. So far, I have not experienced any side effects. Once I finish the bottle, I will be able to give an accurate account of how well it worked.

A good value for a thyroid support, although ingredients are from an unknown country of origin
This arrived with a plastic seal, foam seal, and cotton. It does not have a child-proof lid (I prefer supplements that are NOT child-proof lids as they are easier to open) and I liked that this also has a flip-open cap (you can flip open or unscrew).The bottle is is 85% full (I like supplement containers that are mostly full rather than practically empty).The dose is two capsules per serving (I prefer supplements that have a dosage based on one capsule). Taking two of these per day puts this at a 30-day supply.From a value standpoint, I ordered at $16.38, so this is 0.55 per day – which seems like a good value for a thyroid supplement.Country of origin: “made in the USA with global ingredients”.The bottle has a lot number and an expiration date (approximately one year from now).The capsules are standard size.The package does not have a scent. The capsules did not have an aftertaste.This is a blend of ingredients. The main ones for thyroid are Iodine and L-Tyrosine – but a number of other vitamins are also included.This just arrived so I don’t know yet how effective. If it makes a noticeable difference I will update this review.Value = 5 starsCountry of origin being unclear = 3 starsI’m going with the average of those two numbers for a 4-star rating.

A bit skeptical, but energy level seems to be a lot better!
I’ve been consistently taking these for about 30 days now and as I’m just a couple of days away from taking all of the supplements, I wanted to share my thoughts so far. Some may think the pills are a bit large, but they are about the same size of another prescription I have to take, so it doesn’t matter to me. It has a slightly weird taste, even though I swallow them, but the smell/taste is not as bad as some of the other types of supplements out on the market. With eating healthy for the most part and exercising every day, I did not see any drastic weight loss – or any weight loss for that matter. What I have noticed though is my energy level. I don’t feel as if I am tired as much as I was before. I’m unsure if I will purchase another bottle, but if I find that my energy levels start to decrease, I’ll be more sold on buying these again. For the price, I find these to be extremely reasonable, especially with the price of some supplements on the market that are a lot more expensive.
