I debated on whether or not to buy this because I was skeptical of the other reviews (I presumed may not be real). Here is my own review.After examining the ingredients, I decided to order. It seems to be a blend of 5 different ingredients: ginger, turmeric, alfalfa, great yellow gentian & common centaury. After doing some research on the latter three ingredients, I decided to order. I am somewhat of a naturalist & I know a great deal about herbs. I had not heard too much of these last three but after some research I could see they act as stomachics and stimulate appetite.I believe this product works by relaxing the stomach & stimulating more Hydrochloric acid to be secreted. After one hour of taking the pill there is a noticeable effect & greater desire to eat & eat larger portions. I have never taken more than 2 pills per day. I have taken other orexigenics but they made me very tired & have hunger pangs. This product does not trigger the strong pangs but still gets the job done. The first time I took it I had some gas & bloating but this never occured again & I’ve never had any bad reactions to these pills so far.Overall, this product definitely works & that is a great thing because most products on the market focus on preventing appetite, but this rare product will boost appetite for those looking to eat more meals & larger portions. Anyone struggling to gain weight because of lack of appetite should consider this product. I myself have after 1 week gained nearly 10 pounds (which is awesome). I want to thank VH Nutrition for a great product.

Love this. I have been trying to gain weight for some time, and other weight gainers I’ve tried have made me SO tired. But this is great! I have one pill about an hour before I intend to eat, and by the time my food is ready I’m starving. Allows me to eat much more!

Now these are definitely horse pills, and when I say horse pills I mean they are large. I took them the first day I receive them and I noticed I was a little hungry, so I want to say they do work but not as rapidly as i would like. You do get a great value for money you get 120 tablets for $21 which is really good. It can last you 1 to 2 months depending on the quantity of your intake. I am not taking them daily because I don’t want to be dependent on them, so what I do is take them on the days that I notice my appetite is low. (Example) if I take them at 6 o’clock pm I’ll notice that I’m hungry in the middle of the night around 12 am or 2 am and this is a good time for me to eat because i’ll be sleeping so I won’t be burning any calories afterwards.

So I’ve been battling with low weight due to medication I take for ADHD… & I lost about 30lbs a few years back due to stress but I’m healthy, very active and even stopped taking my ADHD medication for the desire of gaining weight. I ordered this product when I was off the medicine for about a month, product shipped fast and I took the recommended dosage as soon as the package arrived. I was at 110lbs and climbed up to 125lbs-129lbs within that month! I’ve started back on my ADHD medication again and can notice the lack of appetite associated to it so I’m going to start back taking the Eatmore supplements to keep my weight I have gained by using Eatmore and basically just eating everything that I can without making myself feel sick. SIDE EFFECTS? I didn’t notice anything other than the occasional uncomfortable feeling of them going down my throat, they are in the larger side pill wise to swallow but not abnormal. They’re a usual size that normal vitamins are in the clear capsules with the loose/packed brown filling (all sorts of vitamins looked similar to this description, so I’m sure you’re getting a pretty accurate idea of what it looks like). If anything maybe heartburn?? But if you’re looking for a way to gain weight and don’t have a large budget these definitely work and it’s honestly better in my opinion than a shake or stuff you blend into drinks because before I took this stuff I was already ordering the shakes with the most calories as my drink for months sometimes I’d add protein powder and still had struggles to get my weight up without feeling nauseated. Even was taking shots of organic unrefined coconut oil or organic avocado or grape seed oil! lol my skin and hair was definitely looking better tho… Not sure how long it took to notice the change in weight because I was somewhat afraid to look at the scale in fear of my numbers dropping but my pants started filling out more and an employee of mine said she noticed that I gained some weight and it looks good on me. That’s when I got on the scale and realized a month in I went from juggling 110-113lbs to 125-129lbs. Thanks to the company! Seems like the price went up since I last purchased it, but I need another bottle lol

Placebo Medicine. It Doesn’t Actually Work
To those of you facing anorexia or a chronically low appetite, this supplement does not solve the problem. After taking this for about 2 weeks, 2-3 capsules per day, there were no changes to appetite. INSTEAD: look into zinc+copper supplements to take control of a possible zinc deficiency you may be having, however that may not work. Then, eat meals and target liquid calories (like milkshakes), and eat out at least twice a day if you choose big meals. When you choose big meals, your stomach capacity will increase over the span of 4-6 weeks. Meals WILL start out overwhelming but become more tolerable and your body will adjust. Just give yourself time.These don’t work, neither did they cause stomach issues. I took them as directed, an hour or two before meals. There was no change to appetite. Those who saw results were likely just vulnerable to placebo medicines.

These supplements work I went from 115 to 122 just In a week or two and I’m not consistent with taking them I’m sure if I take up to 3 a day I’ll gain weight a lot faster but I definitely see a change in my appetite and I’m loving it I eat big meals and can still snack all day and still have energy !!!
