Good pre and probiotic supplements at a fair price
These probiotic gummies arrived quickly and in excellent condition. There is a label stuck across the jar which explains that hot conditions could result in the gummies sticking together. These gummies we’re sitting out in the heat of Texas for a couple of hours before I could get to them, so I can confirm that some of these do stick to each other quite tenaciously. Most of the sticking issues really had to do with two bottoms of the gummies being connected together. With a little bit of work you can easily separate the gummies. I am not certain why these gummies are marketed only to females, as the container does not specify use by any particular sex.As for taste, the pineapple flavor is quite good and the gummy itself has no gritty or odd after taste. As with any supplement, these will likely take quite some time to produce noticeable results, so I will update this review if I notice any long term positive or negative effects. For short term effects, I can say that I have had no digestive issues with these and that I am quite happy to get a high CFU content with these gummies. If we are to use two gummies a day that would get us 45 days of use out of this single container. At about $28.00 in price, you are spending just over half a dollar per day to obtain all of the beneficial pre and probiotic strains.Overall, I believe that to be a good value and I do certainly recommend these to others. As a small side note, we did experience some issues if you over tighten the lid it will become much more difficult to remove. The lid was fairly tight when the airtight seal was included on it, but felt more loose once the airtight seal was removed. Just be cautious and only line up the lid shape with the shape of the container to ensure you don’t have a big workout trying to coax the childproof lid from the container.

Ninety count is a decent size for a gummy probiotic, gives you a solid supply before needing a reorder depending on the daily serving size.5 billion CFU sits on the lower to moderate end compared to some probiotics that push into the tens of billions, though for a gummy format that’s not unusual since gummies typically can’t hold as much as a capsule without other tradeoffs like taste or texture. Pineapple flavor is a nice touch if you struggle with swallowing pills or just prefer something that doesn’t taste medicinal.Vegan formulation is a plus if that matters to you, opens it up to more people than a lot of probiotics that rely on gelatin. Overall reads as a reasonably straightforward women’s probiotic supplement, nothing flashy in the claims, just a standard CFU count in an easier to take format.

This is an excellent mixture of prebiotics and probiotics in one gummy. I had to be convinced that taking prebiotics and probiotics was helpful as I got older, but they do! These have prebiotic fiber, probiotic strains AND vitamin B6. There are no added sugars, so it fits my goal of avoiding artificial sweeteners.This is a 45-day supply, so it’s good value for the price. I like that they are made in the USA, as I am trying to support American businesses when possible. I take one in the morning with breakfast, usually a bowl of oatmeal or grits, and one in the afternoon between lunch and dinner.Even after just a week, I could tell they were helping my digestion. I haven’t experienced any side effects, like an upset stomach. You should take pre- and probiotics consistently for weeks to get the full benefits. Some people expect immediate results, and that is unrealistic. However, I really did feel better after a week, so I know these are a much better product than what I’ve been taking.The nice thing about gummies is that they are easy to take and I can carry them anywhere without worrying about anything spilling. I do have to treat them like candy for storage, though, and not leave them in a hot spot, like a car. They can get sticky, of course.I also want to mention that they taste great. I was looking for something to help boost gut health and decided to give these a try. I do not like the taste, it is overly sweet. It does have an okay aftertaste. I have followed the directions for how much to take and have not had a noticeable difference in how I feel.I am not sure how long these need to be used to help, but at least 2 weeks in, I do not feel any change unlike times I have tried other probiotic sources, and did notice a change in energy and gut feeling.It does not seem to be very effective. The texture is not bad, and it dissolves quickly which I do like. The pineapple taste is very strong. I will finish these out and see if there is any change but usually with probiotics I notice a difference about 2 weeks in.
