    Mild and affordable but results unclear

    Ok so what I liked:1. Good mix of ingredients like phosphatidylserine, Alpha-GPC, L-theanine, Lion’s Mane, and ashwagandha.2 Gentle and easy on the stomach — no noticeable side effects.3. Affordable for the number of capsules you get.What I didn’t love:1. I didn’t notice any big improvements in focus or clarity.2. It’s unclear how much of each ingredient you’re actually getting — feels like “a little of everything” but not enough of the key stuff.3. Results are very mild, even after using it consistently for a few weeks.If you’re just looking for a general, mild cognitive support supplement that’s easy on your system and easy on your wallet, this is okay. But if you’re hoping for noticeable focus or memory enhancement, you might want something with fewer ingredients at higher, more effective doses.Would I buy again? Maybe but I’d first try a product with clearer dosing and stronger evidence behind the main ingredients

    Great price, solid formula

    I have been taking supplements for 30 years of some sort or another and I am still in pretty good health at 79. So clearly I believe in supplementation. I just don’t think you can get everything you need in what you eat and what you can process as you age. I’ve been using a similar supplement for memory for a couple of years but this one has a better blend and price so I switched to it a couple of weeks ago and I’ve not notice any difference, which is good. There is no decline, so it must be working just as well. It seems a great value for a quality product. I’m sold.

    Quality Ingredients, Though Results are Subtle

    I decided to try this because of the impressive ingredient list—it’s rare to find Uridine, Choline, and Lion’s Mane all in one place at this price point. The quality seems high, and I haven’t had any negative side effects. My focus feels a bit sharper, though the results have been fairly mild so far.This seems better suited for someone looking for long-term, foundational brain health rather than an immediate boost. It’s a very cost-effective way to get these nutrients into your diet, and I’ll likely keep taking it just for the convenience of the 10-in-1 blend.

    Lots of bang for the buck

    This is a great supplement, especially for the price point! I have been taking it for several weeks now and see a noticeable improvement in my focus and memory. They’re large capsules (but not as big as some that are the size of horse pills!), but you only have to take one a day!! Others I’ve seen make you take 3 or even 4 in a day! That means you’re getting roughly FIVE MONTHS’ worth in this one jar for this price! Quite amazing when you think about it! Now, when I say a “noticeable improvement”, I’m not saying I suddenly have an elephant’s memory. However, there is enough difference (more so in my focus and attention span, I would say) that I am aware of it. In just a few weeks, I think that’s pretty amazing too! I have noticed no negative side effects either. The only other thing I could say, but since it also got cold around the same time time and I started sleeping with an extra blanket that is kind of heavy (not officially “weighted” though) so I can’t be 100% sure it’s from this, is that I’ve been sleeping better. It does have magnesium in it, and I had a massage therapist tell me that magnesium is good for sleep and relaxation, so maybe that’s the reason. I do take these in the morning, though, because it’s to support focus and clarity which I don’t need a lot of at night. Overall, I highly recommend these and definitely plan to continue using them!

    A Cost-Effective Memory Formulation, UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    What caught my eye from the get-go on this supplement was the formulation! Having been in the supplement nutrition field for over 10 years, mostly in sales, I’m pretty familiar with supplements. Especially how they’re put together. This one has such an extensive memory formulation I was very intrigued! Not to mention, these are not cheap individual nutritional ingredients, but ones that are brought together to create a strong synergistic reaction. This product brings together what needs to be included to support memory health on many levels. So, I’ve been on it for a little over 3 weeks, which unfortunately isn’t nearly long enough for a defined accurate reaction. As with most supplements, it can literally take months before you see results. But I am very hopeful with this formulation in seeing positive results! In other words, I shall return! But in the interim, the other thing which really is amazing is its price point! Combining all these nutritional ingredients into one product, for what it’s costing, is truly amazing!!! It’s nice to see, at least in the nutritional health field, certain supplements have come down in price, and this one definitely stands out! So I’m definitely be giving this Phosphatidylserine Complex the time to be successful! So if your head is in a fog, whether due to lifestyle, medical condition, mental health, medications, nutritional deficiencies, or a combination of thereof, I would highly recommend giving this a shot! As always, your mileage may vary, but the price point shouldn’t be inhibiting… Good Luck!

    These pills didn’t look right when I got them. I took this picture a little over a month after opening being left at room temp with the lid on. Gross. Glad I didn’t take these
