I’ve been taking these SHIFAA NUTRITION black seed oil capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. I’ve always wanted to try black seed oil for the immune and skin benefits, but I couldn’t stand the strong, bitter taste of the liquid versions. These capsules are a total game-changer because they are completely tasteless and so easy to swallow. Since starting, I’ve noticed my skin looks a bit clearer and my digestion feels way more “on track” than usual. Plus, as someone who sticks to a specific diet, I love that they are vegan, halal, and keto-friendly. It’s hard to find a supplement that ticks all those boxes while still being high quality.The only tiny downside is that the capsules are a little on the larger side, so if you struggle with bigger pills, you’ll want to take them with a big glass of water. Also, since there are 60 capsules in a bottle and you need two a day, the bottle only lasts a month—I wish they sold a larger 90-day supply so I didn’t have to restock so often. However, these aren’t deal-breakers at all given how much better I feel. It’s a solid, high-potency supplement that actually feels clean and effective.

These pills are easy to take and digest well without any yucky aftertaste. I have noticed an improvement in my skin – it looks clearer and more glowing than it did previously. However, docking one star since I haven’t really noticed any other benefits. My energy level is about the same as it was before. I’m not sure how effective these are in general, since many of the touted benefits aren’t really something you can easily validate (like heart health and immune support). But they seem good at improving skin health, so I’ll take what I can get. A good value for the money, especially if you’re looking for an effective and natural way to improve your skin health.

It usually has a very strong, overwhelming smell. Think oregeno. This supplement does not have an overwhelming smell or taste at all. That actually makes me question its effectiveness. I have not seen any significant changes in joint pain or energy, but I also have not noticed any side effects. The capsule form makes it very easy to take vs straight liquid.I’ll continue taking this for another week or so and see if I notice any changes. If I do notice anything, I will update my review.
