Easy way to take garlic
It’s common knowledge that garlic is great for your health, but eating it is quite difficult for many people. Even people who like it might still not want to due to the breath issue. As a capsule though, these eliminates all those problems. This even has some ceylon cinnamon in it as a bonus.I did have black garlic once before that a friend’s grandmother made. It’s made by essentially warming up normal garlic to a certain temperature and maintaining it like that for almost a month. Not an easy process. The garlic comes out without its sharp stinging sensation, and instead becomes a creamy sweet caramelized version of garlic.Supposedly has very good antioxidant properties and good for your overall health, and if my friend’s grandmother is anything to go by, it seems to be pretty effective.
