My second time taking fisetin. I’m a fan.
I’d quit fisetin for a while because I ran out. I shouldn’t have. I take two of these at bedtime and feel GREAT in the morning. It may or may not be placebo effect, but I feel like fisetin makes my sleep more effective. I feel refreshed and clear headed and I won’t let myself run out again. Let’s start at an easy place. The associated ad for this could use some work. At least put up the ingredients label.Definitely a do-your-own-research supplement. Senolytic effects destroy senescent cells – the “zombie” cells that build up in time and sort of gum up the works. This type of supplement clears out the trash.I’ve been using fisetin (and spermidine) for some time and it does seem to work. The question is more whether this is the right one for you to try.Gummies are always an easy way to take supplements. There’s always a concern with getting it through the stomach. The fisetin I was using was a small capsule – not difficult to take. But some do come in very large capsules and probably aren’t right for an older crowd who are more likely to be interested in the product. The higher dosage may make up for any loses. Definitely a “time will tell” thing.Being a fairly new supplement, the dosages all over the place and there are different sources. Until I switched, I was taking a small capsule with 100mg sourced from cotinus coggygria stem. (Sounds more impressive than Royal Purple Smoke Tree.) This gummy is 500mg sourced from Rhus succedanea stem. (Japanese Wax Tree – yeah, that’s more impressive.) You get to do the research to see if this makes a difference to you.It has no sugar, but uses 120 mg of sorbitol and xylitol. (Doesn’t break down between the two.) Not crazy about the xylitol. Can upset the lower GI tract on some people. Have not had that issue with this product.

Good dosage amount, tasty gummy
This is the first time I have tried Fisetin, but I have been intrigued by all the recent research on this supplement for fighting cancer and slowing the aging process. This gummy form is easy to take and it tastes good – it has a citrus (orange?) flavor that is not too strong. The dosage is 1 gummy, containing 500 mg Fisetin, which is the dose I wanted. This is the daily amount that was used in many of the research studies I looked at – their results indicated it was effective at this dose. You are cautioned not to take more than 1 gummy per day so I am sticking to that amount. I am not aware of the minimum dose at which there might be serious side effects, but it does interact with some medications, like warfarin, so it is always smart to do thorough research before trying this.

I heard great things about fisetin and had to try this, especially since it helps with inflammation and mitochondria health. it’s a flavonoid polyphenol found in some fruits and vegetables….there are studies and claims that fisetin helps with mitochondria stress and also is reported to help with anticancer activity, neuroprotective effects, and renal protection, also skin and hair benefits. I will have to keep taking it to see those kind of effects but so far I can say feel great taking this, inflammation has definitely gone away and mood improved, and loving this brand Vaite. I ordered the VAITE Fisetin supplements as an antioxidant. I’ve been taking one gummy each morning for a week. They taste good even though orange is not my favorite flavor. I haven’t had any bad side effects but also haven’t noticed significant improvements to my health either. I’ve become interested in Fisetin, which is a natural flavenoid that comes from the stems of Rhus succedanea (the Japanese fruit wax tree). Based on what I’ve read, it’s a powerful antioxidant that may improve cognitive function and promote longevity. It may also be helpful with vision.These are gummies that contain sorbitol, a sugar alcohol that’s found in some fruits, but which is also synthetically produced from glucose. These also contain xylitol, another sugar alcohol found in fruits and used as a sweetener. Most of the fisetin supplements I’ve seen come in regular pill form somewhere around the 100mg dosage. This is a 500mg dosage in a gummy form. Whether or not that’s good or bad depends on what you’re hoping to use it for. For me, I am do a large dosage for a couple of days infrequently, making this is a way more pleasant option than choking down tons of pills at once.The gummy’s themselves are pleasant tasting and easy to eat. If you’re looking for an alternative to the smaller dosage pills, this is a great option.
