    I started taking VAHDAM Berberine a few weeks ago, and so far, I’m happy with it. I like that it includes cinnamon and milk thistle, which makes it feel like a thoughtful, natural formula.     Pricier than others

    My husband and I have been using berberine for a little over a year now and we have noticed that it has been helpful to our overall health. This product is of good quality and it’s easy to swallow. It is pricier than other brands we have tried, so I don’t know if I would purchase again, but that is the only negative I have. I’m not familiar with the brand name, so maybe that’s part of why it costs more.

    Product works as stated

    My cholesterol was so high even though my diet was simple food my doctor said might be genetic she prescribed meds all the time. Then I read reviews about this product I decided to take it. Took this product for 2 months no changes in my diet went for next blood test as I do my blood test every 4 months because of my cholesterolI couldn’t believe the results my cholesterol was 173 way below normal even the bad cholesterol was way below normal. I take 2 pills every day with my dinner and voila it did the magic. I am no longer on meds she stopped prescribing me any meds. Honestly this product really worksI have no stomach pain no issues taking these pills.

    Chef’s kiss Berberine supplement!

    I was looking forward to receiving these VAHDAM Berberine Extract Capsules. I have been taking Berberine for a while now and discovered the previous brand I was taking was not of the best quality or potency. These VADHAM Berberine capsules appear to be of high-quality and potency and with the addition of milk thistle and cinnamon extract which is a chef’s kiss.I find the capsules easy to swallow though to clarify, I am one of those who can swallow 4 or 5 capsules with a generous amount of water. I have absolutely no issues with any gastrointestinal side effects from taking this product. My system can be fussy so I am careful to take my supplements immediate after meals with lots of water. And in fact, I have found that for me Berberine with its antimicrobial properties may be helping my gut.What sold me on trying these VAHDAM Berberine Extract Capsules is on the label “Standardized to 97% Berberine HCL”. When I researched, I found that means the supplement has been processed to ensure that at least 97% of its active ingredients are the compound berberine, typically as berberine hydrochloride (Berberine HCl). This process guarantees a consistent and high level of the active compound in every dose, increasing its potency and reliability. But, as always, please do your own research.I am so glad I received this newest product from VADHAM and highly recommend if you are looking for a quality berberine supplement

    Nice combination of ingredients

    I am a fan of Vahdam teas, especially their variety of chai teas, so I was happy to learn that Vahdam has started producing supplements.I have been using Berberine to help manage my blood sugar levels. I understand it is beneficial for my heart health and overall metabolism. Although the label indicates Berberine 1200mg, this supplement actually contains 1000mg of Berberine, along with 100mg of milk thistle and 100mg of cinnamon extract. The label claims it supports healthy cholesterol and glucose metabolism.The vegetable capsules are of standard size and easy to swallow. There are 90 capsules in total, and I take two each day, typically with breakfast. The recommended serving size is 2 capsules, making this bottle a 45-day supply. I have not experienced any stomach upset or negative side effects.I will probably buy this again.

    Quality supplement.

    Wife takes Berberine for general health and heart improvement and reducing sugar levels and weight loss. These look like her other berberine tablets. Easy to swallow. Appears to be a quality supplement at a price just a little above average but better quality supplements usually cost more. No issues with taking it like stomach upset. She thinks she does feel more energetic taking berberine.

    Nice quality, but the price is high per serving..

    – The bottle has both a Best Buy date and a lot number printed on the bottom. There was a plastic safety seal over the lid, as well as a seal under the lid.- The serving size is only two capsules, which provides 1000 mg of berberine as well as 100 mg of both cinnamon extract and milk thistle extract. I appreciate that the berberine extract is standardized to 97%.- I have been taking Berberine for several years now and I like this product a lot. The serving size is is great in that it is only two pills and provides a dose that is right in the middle of most recommendations.- The capsules aren’t too large and are easy to swallow. They are the same size/shape/color as other Berberine supplements I’ve tried.- One bottle has 45 servings for about $25. This isn’t a terrible price, but there are several competitors that are the same price for 60 servings.- Overall, the quality is high; this is a good product. But the price is higher than similar products of comparable quality.

    Quality at a more affordable price

    I know the name Vahdam well – they are a respected tea producer out of India and I have enjoyed their products for years. I saw their founder was interested in focusing on health products for the American market – so thrilled to see they are rolling out a supplement line! I’ve been taking Berberine for almost a year now. But it’s straight Berberine. Vahdam’s supplement has two additional ingredients – Cinnamon which is purported to help control blood sugar and promote good digestion (among other things), and Milk Thistle which is good for detoxing your liver. When compared to my current brand’s dosage of Berberine, Vahdam’s is less expensive even with the two added benefits. Comes in easy to swallow capsules. My new go-to Berberine supplement!
