I’m a high-stress guy—tech sales, constant meetings, always “on.” I started taking this to help with sleep but honestly the daytime benefits have been just as impressive. The ashwagandha root extract really helps keep my cortisol in check, I feel way less reactive to stupid stuff that used to set me off. And the L-theanine gives me that “relaxed focus” vibe—calm but still sharp, not spaced out like I get with other stuff. A comprehensive formula…
First of all I take a magnesium supplement because I don’t get enough from diet alone. Second, I take it in the evening to potentially help me relax and sleep more restfully. This one not only has 10 forms of magnesium, it has complementing ingredients to help support my sleep and then allow me to wake up refreshed and ready for my day. The listing states the potential benefits and I take it for all those reasons. I have tried many such supplements and this one is right up at the top of the list in function as well as cost. The amount of each ingredient seems more than sufficient and provides more of each of them than some other supplements I have used. The comprehensive formula comes in a 120 count bottle with 2 capsules per serving. I appreciate that it is designed for ease of absorptions, is made in a GMP certified facility, and is 3rd party tested.

I’m really happy with this magnesium complex and like that it combines several different forms of magnesium instead of relying on just one type. The 10-in-1 formula also includes apigenin, NAD+ and L-theanine, which makes this feel like a much more comprehensive nighttime supplement than a basic magnesium product.I specifically like that it contains magnesium glycinate, malate, citrate, oxide and aspartate. Having multiple forms in one formula is a nice convenience and saves me from having to take several different products to get different forms of magnesium. The capsules are easy to take, and with 120 capsules in the bottle, I feel like there is a good amount for the price.I’ve been taking this as part of my evening routine and really like how well it fits into a nighttime routine. No extra fillers or additives!!
This Magnesium Complex Supplement with Apigenin, NAD+ & L-Theanine for Sleep Support is really good, and contains ZERO additives or fillers, just what you are intentionally buying! It has 10 different forms of Magnesium, so it covers all the bases, as well as some other herbs for extra sleep support. Now don’t expect that this will fix your sleep problems, it may, if your issue is lack of magnesium with maybe some other variables that the other herbs may address, but if your underlying issue is something else it probably won’t help. It doesn’t help me, but that’s because it doesn’t address my underlying issues. But I would still recommend this because it is still a good option for magnesium, which is a very important electrolyte that we all need anyways, so regardless it is beneficial to take.I doesn’t have a taste and the capsules are easy to take. 1 bottle will last 2 months, and for $22 I think it is a good price and a good buy.
