High quality supplement
I don’t hear much about supplementing with Vitamin K, but a friend of mine who saw a sought after nutritionist encouraged her to include it in her regular vitamin regimen for menopausal bone health. I hadn’t heard of this brand before, but after learning more about it, I feel confident about taking this on a daily basis. It is made in the US with premium ingredients and is doctor formulated and tested. It is easy to swallow and I am hopeful that over time, my thinning bones will get stronger…only time will tell for sure.

MK7 form of K2, small-medium sized capsules
I get enough of regular vitamin K based on my diet, but K2, I’m less certain. This is the MK7 form, which I prefer though I like to add MK4 as well when available. This is not an inexpensive supplement, so I had to think and research a lot before adding this. These kind of supplements I generally take long term once I add them. These are not large capsules, small-medium in size, easy for me to take, and they’ve caused me no side effects.

This is nearly 4 times the potency that I’ve happened to use in the past.(45 mcg)There are times I take aspirin a few days in a row, and then noticea blood vessel has popped for hardly any reason. Which isn’t the normal for me.I’m counting on this aiding in a better balance.And of course Vit K is known to regulates calcium / support bone density.> This particular K2 as menaqulnone -7 (AKA MK-7) is the superior formof k2 which breaks down calcium and activates protein that helps it bind to bone> In a 180 mcg concentrationFrom reading medical sources – it’s suggest the RDA is between 100 mcg – 300 mcg daily;(so I’m pleased to only need to take one capsule)And is best to take with Vit D3 – it’s known they synergistically work to promote maximum benefit.It’s disappointing to find this product also contains MORE THAT IT’S SHARE of unwanted stuffI still gave a generous 4 stars for superior Vit K2 / high concentration / 2 months supply> hypromellose – which is a short term for = hydroxypropyl methylcellulose whichis thought to be bad for blood vessels.> microcrystalline cellulose = wood pulp and is thought to be safe when used in normal amounts.> Magnesium stearate which I prefer to avoid because there’s concernsit can raise cholesterol levels and oppress the immune system = 4 stars> silicon dioxide has moderate to low toxicity> Stearic Acid – consider safe for most = but possible skin – eye -respiratory irritant> Calcium silicate – possible digestive – constipation – irritantnot the best kind of calcium to takeServing one daily – bottle = 2 months

Like all supplements no negative effects and couldn’t really find any info on this company or the quality. You really never know what you are getting but I can say there haven’t been any negative effects.

No side effects, easy to swallow
I’ve been taking vitamin K for a few months now. It’s an important vitamin that not enough people know about. I’m happy with this product. I wish it was 3rd party tested, however. It’s easy to swallow and there’s no aftertaste. It’s a 2 month supply. I’ve noticed no negatives from taking this and I’m happy with it’s performance.

This product helps put calcium in the bones, which is what I need in my old age. Also, since it helps to rebuild bone, it can help with dental bone health as well. Easy to swallow capsules, with no after-taste or negative effects. Have been taking daily with my other supplements with no issue. Expiration date was off, but not an issue for me.
